“I ordered the Premium Version of Planet Zoo which should have included 6 CD keys. It’s been over a week and I am still missing 3/6 dlc codes. Horrible customer service!”

“My first purchase was for an Office 2019 - no-where in the product description does it say it's NOT for Mac. I checked all the other product descriptions and they all clearly state whether for MC or PC. Anyways, perhaps my fault as it didn't work. Refund not possible as key needs to be re-sold - 3 weeks later, still not re-sold, so no refund! Biting the bullet I purchased another version (for 99GBP). The key was sold out but it clearly states 2-12 hours is 'normal' for replenishment of key. 10 days later, still no key and no MS Office. To be fair the refund was processed swiftly, within 48 hours. A total waste of time purchasing software with this company if you ask me.”

“I purchased a code in January which does not work and which was not stated anywhere before purchase that it would not work in the UK. I have been waiting four months on my refund which is totally unacceptable. I have been in constant contact and they say to check back in two weeks and that the game code needs resold before i can get a refund! They initially told me it would only take a matter of days I currently have a game that doesn't work in the UK, which was not stated before purchasing and no refund. This is the worst experience I have ever had and terrible customer service. If your company had any thought about the customer you would reimburse me immediately.”

“I have waited for nearly 24 hours to receive my key code and I still have not received it I have contacted them but I don't get any response from them only that they have received my request that is all I am trying to get pay pal to sort it out won't use again and won't recommend them”

“Delivery was prompt. but i had to pursue double payment for four months and go to dispute settlement before i got a refund so finished up swearing Never again.”
