“I bought four dresses to try on for a wedding I paid extra for next day delivery and they came as required. I am a size 6/8 on top and 10 bottom I pushed my looked and ordered all the dresses in a size 6 they fit beautifully as the material is stretchy. I loved all of the dresses but kept two that I liked best. The dress I wore for the wedding was perfect everyone commented how lovely it was dark green one shoulder midi. I wore the other a black boobtube midi on a night out and it looked fab my only upset was it came undone at the seam at the back luckily I was on my way home when we realised (I’m not sure if I did this or faulty) I returned two of the other dresses and this did take around 3 weeks but I can confirm I received a refund for these today. I paid by klarna buy now pay later and informed them of the return so my payment was paused. Please don’t worry about the returns side of things like some others have commented. I would buy from here again as the clothes were very flattering.”

I returned a trouser for an exchange with a bigger size and I never received it, I emailed and no one is getting back to me , I emailed again and all I get is a message saying we are on bank holiday when it’s already not a bank holiday ! I messaged on Instagram and the same happened they answered my message saying nothing related to my questions. Horrible communication. I am afraid they lost me as a customer:)”

“Customer service has been awful. I had ordered some items from club London, when it came to payment I chose to pay with Apple Pay, I noticed that it has charged me for DPD next day delivery however it never gave me an option for delivery at checkout. If I had the option I would have chose standard delivery royal mail which I am aware that club London states is an option. Although, I did not want next day delivery the delivery took 3 days to arrive. Customer service response was that they could not amend the order, which I can understand however they could have reimbursed me for the fault on their website.”
