“I initially ordered my first dress and loved it. No issues.
I ordered a second dress and wore it once. I washed it according to instructions and it was all pulled and in terrible condition even though I did exactly what the label said.
I contacted Customer Services and sent pictures. They forwarded to another department and didn't get back to me. After chasing this, they informed me that the dress fault was down to wear and tear...after wearing it once! It was fine before it went into the washing machine.
I would understand if the dress was a cheap dress but it wasn't. It should last more than one wash and certainly shouldn't be damaged after being worn once.”
