“Hello, this is my second email now, my dress hasn’t arrived yet. It’s in my local Royal Mail. I called Royal Mail yesterday and they said that your company has not paid for a guaranteed deliver which means it can come whenever or it will come after another week. I place the order on 14th of April for my birthday which is on 29th of April and I even paid 4.99£ for a next Saturday delivery which was 16th of April. Now today it’s 26th of April and I’m still waiting for that dress I haven’t planned my birthday or anything just cause I’m waiting for it to arrive and decide. This was my first time ordering with club l london and I’m absolutely disappointed. It has ruined my 18th birthday and I’ll make sure I will never use club l london and make sure to tell my friends and family not to use it too.”
“I originally contacted Club L London when I saw a dressed I fell in love with online that was a ore order item. Me being last minute.com with everything I needed it two weeks for an event and I live in Australia.
The customer care team responded to be so quickly and advised as soon as it reached their wearhouse it would be dispatched. And shipping would be 3-5business days meaning it would arrived the day before my event.
I received an email last week to say my order has been received and ready for shipping l, then received a message last night to say my order was on it was and I just received it this morning.
4 days earlier than anticipated which was fantastic AAAANNNND I loooove it.
Quality, style, design, packaging everything amazing and handled with care.
