Absolutely awful customer service. Returned a dress over a month ago and have still been waiting for a full refund. I contacted Club L London to ask about where my refund was and they sent me a reply to say my item had been flagged blaming me of it smelling of perfume and that I had washed the item which was not the case at all. I wish I would have read the reviews on Trust Pilot before ordering as this seems to have happened to others before. Just a way to try and make money out of people, very stressful and upsetting. Unprofessional service from start to finish.”

“Absolutely awful service - returned 3 jumpsuits in the exact condition I had them. All weāre tried on and worn for approximately 20 seconds and I could never have left the house in them as they were all completely see-through!!!
2 were refunded, 1 was not. When enquiring why, and after waiting 2 weeks for a response, Iāve been blamed for marks on the jumpsuit and told my Ā£70 will not be refunded. All 3 were tried on in the exact same environment, and none of them were damaged!
Iām now out of pocket Ā£70, not ideal 2 months before your wedding and with all the expense. All because of Club L Londonās awful customer service and failure to check items before they were sent. There is no way I caused these marks - awful service form start to finish.”

Lulus and Bebe processed returns quickly. No one responds when you reach out for customer service support. Buyer Beware. Club L is a hot mess.”
