“The dresses are good quality bur not accurate in size. I also found that not being able to get a refund on a dress on sale, but only credit valid for a month is not great and in line with many other only stores.”

“ordered 2 dresses, which i subsequently returned. They refunded me for 1, saying I returned only 1 of the dresses (i returned both in the same parcel).They then refused to refund me when i raised the mistake, claiming that they need to see the postal receipt, check the weight, and check it matches what the weight of the two dresses should be. Eventually, after fighting customer service for weeks they issued a refund for the second dress out of "good-will", with no apology. Worst customer service i have ever in my lifetime of online shopping experienced.”
