“They product I thought I ordered was not the product I received. I wanted a green velvet club chair cover and received what appears to be a cover for a chaise lounge. The back is much too short for my chair. For some reason 2 seat covers were included, one very big like for a chaise. The items are beautifully made and fabric great but I am having to pay $400 to have it all restyled. Not a good experience”

Hey Sharon, thank you for taking the time to send the photos over. We are bummed that the issue was not a fit issue but actually a wrong purchase on your end. Our IKEA Barkarby armchair slipcover not fitting on the off-brand club chair is quite unfortunate but all our slipcovers are made especially for their brands only. Nonetheless, we are glad to hear a seamstress is on the way to help fit the slipcovers in our beautiful Velvet Emerald on to the chair. Stay safe! x Ning from Comfort Works.

“Mostly everything is good. The only thing about the slip cover for my IKEA sofa is that the corners are too “squared” and the actual cushions are more of a rounded corner. Making a small amount of fabric extra at the corners.”

“great product. I stupidly ordered the wrong (similar looking) cover for an IKEA chair without checking with them first. Upon receipt and realizing my mistake. Their customer service was awesome in helping me order the correct one with a nice discount. It recently arrived and fits perfectly and the fabric is beautiful! We love it! I highly recommend for high quality slip cover that fit perfectly!”

“Le produit commandé était conforme à ce que j'espérais. J'ai eu quelques inquiétudes avec la livraison qui a tardé un peu et un sms reçu sur mon téléphone de la part du transporteur qui me disait que j'aurais des droits de douane à payer à la livraison, ce qui n'a pas été le cas. “Great communication from company from order to delivery. The IKEA Klippan loveseat slipcover is nice quality fabric, strong seams, and fits almost perfectly and perhaps may stretch a bit in time to fit more exactly along one arm, and it's not really noticeable. The built in holes to secure the fabric along the wide horizontal seam of the seat won't work without us taking the couch apart (this is a replacement cover) so the fabric has to be tucked back in occasionally, which is fine. Love the slight sheen to the fabric. Very happy with the purchase.”

“Our Couch and chair have new life. The covers are beautifully made, super soft and cat approved as you can see. The fit is ever so slightly on the loose side, which gives it a lovely, slouchy look - and probably leaves a bit of room for shrinkage. Highly recommend! So much better than spending $2500+ on new furniture.”

“The options of colors and textures are great. The shipping takes forever, but they are upfront about that. We thought the covers looked nice BUT they are a bit loose even over our old covers (not a huge deal), and the worst thing is that they PILL LIKE CRAZY! We are super disappointed in the amount of money spent to redo our couch and it looks like we’ve had it for years. Definitely not satisfied. :(”

Hey Andrea! Thanks for letting us know about your experience with our Everyday Tweed Silver fabric. With its loosely woven 100% polyester strands, it is known to pill a little especially with high traffic use. We advise our customers to try using a de-piller from time to time (once every month) to better maintain the look and feel of the slipcovers. Besides this entry-level fabric, we do offer higher quality fabric that fits your home's function better without the need for recurring maintenance, such as the Kino heavy duty or the 100% natural fabrics Cotton Canvas and Madison. If you are keen to get another set, we'd be happy to throw in a little discount for you. “Wow! Great quality! We have had our Karlanda Sofa from IKEA for over 15 years and this is our second cover from Comfort Works and we could not be more happy. “I have an Ekeskog IKEA 3 seater which is about 17 years old. The old covers had started to disintegrate and it was time for either a new sofa or new covers. I’m so glad I went with new covers. They arrived this morning and were a dream to put on. The fabric is gorgeous as is the colour and they fit perfectly. I’m so pleased and looks like I have a new sofa. “Received my armchair cover from Comfort works and am very pleased with the quality of the fabric and how well it is made. Its a ferfect fit and has transformed a once shabby chair into a smart stylish one. I was happy that when I placed my order I was kept informed of the dispatch date and delivery date.
