“This company is incredible. Their products are beautiful. Their customer service is personal and dedicated. I ordered new covers for the wrong sofa and only discovered my mistake after the new covers arrived. I was heart-broken because they were exquisitely made, but did not fit. I wrote to customer service admitting my mistake and asking for the fabric specifications hoping to fix the fit myself. They do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but I could not accept it knowing it was my own fault. Incredibly, for a small fee, with the help of the Niro G., Comfort Works created and sent me an entirely new set of covers that fit like a glove. It has transformed our living space and was well worth the wait. I highly recommend their services. (see before and after pics)”

“The slipcover arrived right in time for Christmas! The fabric is soft and elegant at the same time. It fits like a glove and was very easy to put on. The workmanship puts my other slipcovers to shame. We are very happy with this purchase and will continue to purchase from Comfort Works. Also, customer service is very good, always someone ready to help and answer a question. Thank you!”

“This cover has met all of my expectations and then some! We love our Karlstadt sectional and ottoman, so it was very important to find something that covered it nicely. Our cats destroyed the original fabric, so we selected claw-proof velvet for the cover. Packaging and construction of covers is very thorough and helped us with putting them on. I’m also very grateful for the very responsive customer service team. I was hesitant to buy at first and your team was quick to respond and very helpful.”

“Excellent, friendly communication throughout production and delivery. The cover was well packaged and swift to arrive with us in the UK once dispatched from China (within 2 days!) The covers fitted our Kramford sofa from IKEA exceptionally well. All Velcro sections met perfectly with their Velcro receivers on the sofa. The quality of the material is great too. “I am very impressed by the whole process. The fit was excellent and were the materials and the workmanship. All involved - designers, sewing workers, shipping people, did a great job and I appreciate their careful work. This was a new cover for our NORSBORG Ikea sofa and it was a great fit and really improves my space. I also appreciate the discrete tags that help find the right orientation for the pieces of the cover.”

“My family ordered an IKEA Landskrona couch cover. Given it is a pandemic and holiday season, we knew that production and delivery may take awhile but we hoped it would be worth it. We live in Michigan, US and know that international shipping may take awhile too. After receiving our couch covers, we were BLOWN AWAY! They fit perfectly and it looks like we have a completely new couch. We purchased the claw-free slipcover since we have a dog and a cat. If you are on the fence about this company either because it is an international company, the prices, or anything else--I highly recommend you to go for it. This company will not let you down. Henry, the CEO, is amazing, as are Ning and Omar, the awesome customer service team who will ensure your customer experience is great. Major kudos to this company!”
