“Price was reasonable for reinvigorating our Ikea sofa, and replacing the original cover that had been damaged by dogs. It arrived in USA more quickly than we expected, and I spent Christmas Eve taking our sofa apart to replace the cover (although being 2020 we didn’t have any guests to enjoy it). The newest addition to our family was a pit bull, and his size and cuddly nature led to immediate damage to our original IKEA cover, but the ComfortWorks classic velvet cover has already held up better while being softer and more pleasant for us to sit on.”

“They look great and the material is really soft. I'm glad I found someone who could make my chairs and ottoman new again. It's so frustrationg when the manufacturer doesn't suppoet their product any more.”

“I love my new couch cover! The quality is really high. I got the three-seater kivik cover in everyday tweed silver and its super soft and the perfect silvery-white tone. It looks so much more expensive. I will be buying a matching cover for my kivik chaise.”

“took most loved comfy IKEA sofa that was starting to look like an eyesore and transformed it to look new! It was so easy to put on and we made the right decision getting a new cover instead of paying 3 times more for a new sofa. I'm also glad we invested and got the upgraded material because we have 3 dogs.. would definitely order again and will continue to do business with this great company.”

“We live with 8 cats.......that's right! With claws! Our beautiful slipcovers have by far passed the test of time, and activity, to protect our expensive Crate and Barrel sofa, feel wonderful, AND look great! We have a set of Madison Coal but I'm going to order another lighter color set this spring. Careful when washing because they do shrink a tad even when washed in cold, hung on the clothes line, and not placed in the dryer. Make sure you account for that in your notes and measuring.”

Hi there, we are sorry for the misunderstanding that you have encountered. We are an independent company in the business of making slipcovers for sofa models that you see listed on the website. We are not affiliated with IKEA in any way. The invoice that you received would have stated that this order was for a set of sofa covers and not, the sofa itself. As we do not do returns, I would suggest to re-sell these online through Craigslist / Amazon / Etsy if you'd like to recover some of the costs. Alternatively, you could also opt to keep the covers, for when you have the additional sofa purchased. Hope this helps! Take care and best wishes, Niro

“Excellent customer service-friendly, prompt responses to all my questions, and clear communication throughout entire ordering process from fabric samples to final delivery. Our new sofa slipcover is beautiful, fits perfectly, and the quality of the fabric is exceptional. An added bonus is that it arrived ahead of schedule in time for the holidays! “This company is incredible. Their products are beautiful. Their customer service is personal and dedicated. I ordered new covers for the wrong sofa and only discovered my mistake after the new covers arrived. I was heart-broken because they were exquisitely made, but did not fit. I wrote to customer service admitting my mistake and asking for the fabric specifications hoping to fix the fit myself. They do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but I could not accept it knowing it was my own fault. Incredibly, for a small fee, with the help of the Niro G., Comfort Works created and sent me an entirely new set of covers that fit like a glove. It has transformed our living space and was well worth the wait. I highly recommend their services. (see before and after pics)”
