“Comfort Works made me a cover for my IKEA Finnala couch. I picked the scratch proof velvet fabric so my cats couldn’t trash it. It came quickly and was great. Except for the chaise cushion. The price was totally wrong. I went back and forth with them on measurements and sent many pictures. Eventually we got everything worked out and they made a new cover and sent it for free. It’s amazing to work with a responsive company that follows through on their word. I’ll be ordering again.”

“I'm super happy with the new cover for my Ektorp convertible sofa. It fits perfectly and went through the washing and drying without shrinking. My sofa looks like new now so it will last me for a few years more.”

“The whole process was supported by the staff who were very helpful in answering all my questions (and they were many!), to ensure that I purchased what was right for me. The package arrived without delay. Love the details of the packaging, the note and the stylish bag with all the pieces carefully folded. My living room is transformed, perfect colour, perfect fit! “Eine wirklich perfekte Alternative zum Kauf einer neuen Couch!! Der Raum wirkt nun viel heller :) Ein paar Fäden mussten noch abgeschnitten werden und die Seite auf der bei uns die "schwerere Person" sitzt, wirft mehr Falten. Ansonsten tolle Qualität > auch den ersten kleinen Fleck, konnte ich einfach rauswischen!”

“No response to emails after several weeks. I ordered a new cover just before Christmas and it arrived in a timely manner. Only problem was I broke my ankle and pulled two ligaments and could not wrangle the removal of the original (Ikea Kivik) cover. The Kivik is in two parts, and it was much too heavy for me move on one foot. When I finally did, in late-March, the cover does not fit. I've reached out to customer service but no response. I assume I am just out luck with their 60-day policy. The broken ankle was frustrating, and this has only compounded the situation.”

“I am thrilled with my new sofa slipcover. I chose a fitted style and you can’t even tell it’s a slipcover. It fits so well it’s like having a brand new sofa. Sofa is a very early model Joybird in gray fabric but now looks plush in green velvet.”

“Total scam. I was looking for sofa covers, I searched their web site for sofa covers. What they sell is replacement upholstery. Their response to me was pretty much "tough luck". Scammers, beware”

Hey Luiz, thanks for your feedback and your continuation to work with us on this. We're actually still trying to understand what you mean by "Replacement Upholstery" and the difference with sofa covers or slipcovers -- could you reply us with a photo reference of each via email so we can better understand visually, what your expectations are? For us, we manufacturer and sell sofa covers, also known as slipcovers -- so with the term "Replacement Upholstery", it also sounds like an accurate description of the same product. “I window shopped several vendors and ordered what seems like 100 samples (more like 10, but still), and Comfort Works NAILED it. I have an Ikea sectional that has just 2 chaises and one individual seat, so finding a reputable business that makes the style I needed in the right color of fabric was a challenge. I settled on the performance fabric in dark denim. I had originally decided on velvet, but could not find a color that would work. The performance fabric is fantastic. It is as soft as velvet (perhaps more) and is a great weight. The covers fit perfectly. They are well made and I could not be happier with the investment. While the fabric I chose is more expensive, I feel like I made the right call. Shipping and communication was on point. I will be back!!”
