“I am very happy with my covers. We had some fitting issues at first and I contact customer service and they started working to fix the problem. It took almost 2 months ( I was a little frustrated ) and after back-and-forth emails and measurements, they replaced the covers and they fit great!!!”

“Workmanship and material is beautiful! Covered a very large pottery barn comfort sectional perfectly. Had I ordered from pottery barn I would have had to pay three times what this cost and it looks just like theirs. It is also helpful they keep you informed during the process. It arrived a few days early and I will certainly order again in the future. Never have I written a review before but the product and company deserve credit!”

“Very happy with my sofa slipcover. I chose the slate grey velvet and it looks just like the picture. I found the process to be very thorough and the end product is a great value vs buying a whole new sofa or getting a brand name slip cover. Thank you so much! I highly recommend giving this a try,.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this company! I ordered two custom slipcovers for a beautiful but tired looking Ethan Allen sofa that I wanted to keep. Customer service walked me through the extensive measuring process - which was a bit scary as I was sure I’d make a mistake. It took a little while and some back and forth but it was totally worth it - once my covers when into production I had them in less than 2 weeks. I’m a US customer and international shipping took only 3 days. They are both beautiful and fit my sofa perfectly. I’d recommend ordering plenty of swatches before ordering - the fabric descriptions online are very accurate but it’s better to see and feel the swatches in person. Also, if you are having custom covers made, be patient with the process. It’s worth it. The measuring process seems tedious but it’s designed to make sure the covers fit well.”

“Hello, I ordered the cover for the ikea Karlstad couch and need to say that the cover looks even better than original :) The garments are really nice and great to touch or sit on it and most important ist that it's fit like original! Would recommend it to everyone who is searching for a new 2nd. Life for his couch!”

“WE LOVE IT! The best customer service that we have received as long as I can remember. 33 e-mails between Mark (Comfort Works) and me coordinating the color, fabric, confirming dimensions, and revalidating dimensions to ensure that the cover for the Dean Sectional Sofa arrived quickly and perfectly for installation within 15 minutes from opening the box. The response time on correspondence was typically within hours. My wife and I are going to rave non-stop about Comfort Works and our all-star customer service representative, Mark N. I'd upload a photo, but the review breaks when I try.”

“Comfort Works made me a cover for my IKEA Finnala couch. I picked the scratch proof velvet fabric so my cats couldn’t trash it. It came quickly and was great. Except for the chaise cushion. The price was totally wrong. I went back and forth with them on measurements and sent many pictures. Eventually we got everything worked out and they made a new cover and sent it for free. It’s amazing to work with a responsive company that follows through on their word. I’ll be ordering again.”

“I'm super happy with the new cover for my Ektorp convertible sofa. It fits perfectly and went through the washing and drying without shrinking. My sofa looks like new now so it will last me for a few years more.”
