“We are so happy with the slipcover for our Crate and Barrel (Lounge II) sofa. After 6 years of solid living on this couch, pets, kids etc. we needed a new cover, but couldn't find anything until we stumbled on ComfortWorks. I'm so glad we found it. Around 1/3 the price of buying from C&B, faster, and of equal quality. Our swatches arrived quickly, ordering was simple, and putting the cover on was a breeze. Excellent service. We couldn't be happier!”

“I ordered my first two sofa covers in early March. The initially came quickly but were too small. I was never asked for measurements, and my sofas are two standard square arm comfort Pottery Barn couches. After taking dozens of pictures to show they were too small (and getting the impression they thought I was misrepresenting something) I was asked to provide measurements. After much back and forth, I was told the new covers would be made (and that if I wanted to change fabric since the fabric was much lighter than anticipated it would be a 30% up charge (in addition to the $1600 I already paid). It has been over 2 months. The customer sevice representative is only partially responsive, often times with huge delays before I even hear back. And, the answer, they are too busy to make my replacement covers--but presumably they will get to them whenever the mood strikes. Unfortunately, I ordered these as my summer covers and at this point it's practically too late for summer covers. I'd switch to a winter fabric but see above where they will charge me in excess of $500 to switch fabrics. Would NOT recommend.”

“Our household likes to reuse whenever we can. The new cushion and couch covers allows us to update our furniture while preserving the frames. High quality, and perfect fit. The taupe velvet fits is a more modern color scheme. I'll check back in a few months and tell you how they hold up.”

“We are really happy with our replacement covers for our two IKEA sofas. The colour is fabulous and the fabric is super soft. I really liked the tabs sewn into the covers which tell you which cover goes on which cushion.”

“Ich hatte mich für einen neuen Bezug für mein altes IKEA-Sofa entschieden und kann nur sagen, dass die tolle, hochwertige Qualität des Stoffes und die Verarbeitung mich restlos überzeugt, und ich mich sehr über mein neues, altes Sofa freue. Beim Aufziehen fiel gleich auf, dass es ohne ziehen und zerren funktionierte, besser als beim Original ! Während der Wartezeit von 5 Wochen hat Comfort Works mich immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Tolle Firma !”

“Dear Future Comfort Works Customers, I received my slipcover for my sofa last week and it is perfect! I chose the Kino Natural Heavy Duty Fabric and I know it is going to last! I have 2 dogs who are "allowed" to hang on the couch with me plus crazy adult kids who have been known to wrestle once in awhile, ON the sofa! This fabric will blend with everything and is very comfortable against the skin. I am just SO pleased with the fit; not too big or tight, just right. Very easy to put on with tags sewn in to tell you which cushions they go with just in case you forget! I'm exceptionally happy and cannot say enough about the customer service with updates, quick responses to questions and when I made a mistake in measuring, they caught it and had me remeasure and correct! Plus, on top of it all, I saved $400 to $1000 over the other 2 companies I had received quotes from! If you are on the fence about this company, I can share my great experience and just plain and simple, a wonderful result! Kathy, A Very Happy Customer From Mooresville, NC”

“Terrible product and service. Having had my slip-covers for just 3 months they have faded badly to the point that I need new covers. They had not yet been laundered, nor had they been positioned in direct sunlight. I also live in UK which is not exactly the sunniest place in the world. Response from Comfort Works was that fading is not covered by the warranty and that I should not have placed in a room with even indirect sunlight (what room does't have windows?). This is despite no warnings being present on the website regarding the positioning of furniture, and several photos on the website misleadingly showing furniture in sunlit rooms. Appalling way to treat a customer who spent about £1000. To add insult to injury they offered a discount if I wanted to buy some more covers, why would I do that?? The product was not fit for purpose, the response showed no accountability for an inferior product.”

Thanks for your feedback Jamie, and we're deeply sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately all fabrics on a molecular level will get damaged by UV (from sunlight) over time, and natural fabrics such as cotton will have face the most adverse effects under light exposure. Albeit not the sunniest place in the world, we can imagine that over the last 3 months of summer this is when UV radiation would have been the most harsh. You can read more about the prevention of sofa fabric fading here: https://www.houzz.com/discussions/3637365/does-the-sunlight-really-fade-furniture We understand nevertheless that we could try our best to inform people a bit more and will continue to do so as much as possible, as not everyone is aware how damaging sunlight can be. This is also why we offered a discount to get replacements in a different fabric altogether - one that's synthetic and less dark so the fade doesn't happen as quickly nor wouldn't be as obvious. However, should that not be an option then we're once again sorry that we could not fully resolve your slipcover woes - as much as we'd like to replace your covers under warranty, this is neither a manufacturing defect nor an issue stemmed from natural wear and tear which we're able to cover for. “Waited months for our cover to do finally arrive. When it did, it fit the sofa but allowed no extra material to tuck into the cushion to give it a fitted look. The arms are always moving out of place each time someone sits down. I’m debating just leaving the cover off. It looks sloppy with it on. Super disappointed. This picture is after I tucked it in as best I could and one person sat down.”

Hey Rayna, Thanks for your feedback and we're working on ways to make the Leather Version Klippan cover fit better -- the difference between the leather and fabric version is the amount of extra fabric available to tuck but at the same time, the leather sofa does not have as much space as the fabric version for this to happen. As such, (and with our past customer experience), using a fabric cover on a leather Klippan for example will result in an even sloppier looking cover due to the excess fabric. For now, this is the best cover we've come up with for the Leather Klippan sofa and if you'd like to have the covers fit in place more - there's still the option of upholstery pins available at your local Home Depot or online from Amazon (or you can drop us an email, we can send it over to you too). “The customer service of the company was fantastic always keeping us up to date even when there was a delay due to material not being available. It would have been 5 stars however the covers for the cushions are a not as tight as I would have liked. Compared to the actual sofa itself which fits perfectly the cushion covers are little looser than I would have liked.”

“Discovered this company by chance when thinking we had to replace a number of Ikea Karlstad (12 years old and no longer produced covers) range due to change in home decor. Initially ordered samples which arrived quickly and professionally packaged - distinct take long to then place order from the excellent choices of fabric. Went for the modern look cover - took about 6 weeks to arrive to UK. Wow just love them - the chairs look brand new and so much more expensive than the original items! All for the cost of less than replacing just one of the items recovered! Was kept informed of progress on order and on delivery when dispatched. Arrived really well packaged and ready to go on. Easy to arrange payment of import duties on day of delivery ( expect around £26 on a £400 plus order for covers for 4 items) Really really impressed with whole process from website to final product. Range of furniture covered is extensive for those with now out of manufacture with original companies offered. Fit is perfect which was our only worry on ordering. Not likely to need to use return service! Would highly recommend- would use again but sure these are going to last Longer than the originals of 12 years! Wi be recommending to others who I know are looking for a similar service! Thank you Comfort Works and every success for future business in these difficult times!”

“These slipcovers are amazing and turned my nearly 20 year old couch in dire need of TLC into a brand new looking couch (IKEA Kramfors sectional). I don’t know about the returns or refunds but the price was reasonable the delivery time too (5-7 weeks from date of ordering) and price too. Expect to pay around $100 on a $500 order for duties if you’re in Canada. Also great idea to have a steamer to remove the creases and it takes a bit of adjusting if you want a perfect fit. It only came with the soft side of velcro at the bottom of the ottoman. I tried it with the velcro but i didnt like it so i removed the metal base on the couch, tucked in the slipcover under it and re-attached the metal base on the couch. It was a bit of work but the result is so great it was worth it! Other than that it’s amazing best purchase ever!”
