“What an amazing company! Great service - they kept in touch and were always available for queries and info. Any time lag was due to time zone difference. The covers have come - great fit, great fabric, well made, and we have a new sofa! Thanks so much!”

“I love my new slipcovers!! Comfort Works sent friendly, courteous, and informative updates throughout the process, from ordering swatches to ordering the slipcovers to receipt of the slipcovers to installing the covers...excellent service! The covers arrived on time and were carefully packaged to ensure cleanliness and protection from damage. I will happily order from them again!”

“Sehr freundlicher Kundenservice zuverlässig und bemüht. Der Sofabezug passt prima und sieht schön aus. Auch die Verpackung war nett und durchdacht, jedes Teil mit extra Einnäher, dadurch war es sehr leicht, zu erkennen, wohin was kommt. Der Bezug roch natürlich und nicht nach Chemie. Auch die Rücküberweisung der Zollgebühren kam sofort. Ich bin überaus zufrieden und kann Comfort Works empfehlen.”

“Hey, we received our cover just the other day. Beautifully packaged yes, and on time (takes about six weeks to the U.K.). So excited to open my brand new, brilliant white, fitted sofa cover with a built in pocket for the Wireless charger and cords... Only it wasn’t brilliant white( it’s cream/yellow), it doesn’t fit very well (as it is too big on the corners, underneath and on the seat cushions - see photos) and the recharge disc doesn’t work with our iPhones (I wish you had told me it only works for some phones?) and finally the pocket for the disc is not sewn on straight! I work away and only just opened this weekend, or I would have let you know this sooner. I would really like this to be rectified ASAP with what I actually ordered: a WHITE FITTED sofa cover. Once this has been received I shall send this one back to you. (I can’t be without a sofa cover for six weeks as it will damage my sofa). I would like to send back the wireless package for a refund as it doesn’t work with our phones. Please get in touch. Thank you. M Smith, Totnes, UK.”

Hey there Miss Smith, thanks for your feedback - with regards to the colour discrepancy, I was wondering if you had ordered fabric samples prior to purchase? Colours will always vary between monitor screens so it becomes a bit subjective as to how white a white fabric should be. With the wireless charger, as long as your phone is originally compatible for it - it should work. Here's a full list that we mention here: https://comfort-works.com/en/content/smart-sofa-by-comfort-works-269/ With the fit issue , I do see a looseness in the photo provided which we can easily fix with replacement covers and measurements obtained from you.
