“The process was easy and CE was very helpful each step of the way. Ordering the 10 pack sample pack Is a must. I only wanted to sample 5, and pick the extra 5...one of which is the material I ordered for my cover. I gave CW a 4 over a 5 because I haven’t washed the covers yet...I’m hoping they will wash well. I would have given a 4.5 if that was an option.”

“I love my new couch cover! You can definitely tell it’s quality and well made. The only advice I have is get the fabric swatches! I made the mistake of not doing so and the cover is a lot lighter than what I had in mind. I plan on buying a second cover and just putting the one that’s too light on my basement couch. So much better than IKEA covers!”

“Great quality product! Quality fabric and workmanship, excellent fit, loved the bag the slipcovers came in, loved the tags on each piece(hi, I’m your back cushion:), great attention to detail, really couldn’t better. Made our ugly old but still in good condition couch and chair look like it came from a high end store. Very good communication with ordering staff.”

“Our Ikea Solstar couch was transformed once the cover was fitted on. The new cover made a big difference. From a dingy looking couch to brand new one. It looks great and everyone is happy with smiles. The kids love it 👍😊”

“WARNING: The cover for the Ikea Varnamo couch doesn't fit my Ikea Varnamo couch. Guess what? They're making me pay shipping to return it! Even after talking all summer and triple-checking the measurements (which, let me tell you, was a rewarding way to spend my free time...) You can see by my photos -- I actually DO have an Ikea Varnamo sofa. The base cover sent doesn't fit over the couch. The seat cushion covers sent are the wrong size and so leave a gap between the two cushions. And the back cushion covers sent aren't even the same shape as the original. I would not recommend ordering a cover from ComfortWorks.”

Hi Shana. So sorry to hear that our return shipping policies did not meet your expectations. We've already reached out to you before this to let you know that we can make you a set of replacement slipcovers (for both the sofa frame and cushions) based on the measurements that you've sent to us. This solution would not have required you to return the covers to us at all. We do sincerely appreciate you for working with us to get the measurements of your actual sofa. The time spent was necessary to ensure that the replacement covers would be the best fit for your (rather unique) version of the discontinued IKEA Varnamo sofa. We'd love if you'd consider accepting the replacements from us instead of going through the hassle of returning them to us. Hope this explains things! Melvyn from Comfort Works. :)

“I don't normally write reviews, but I had to for this one. I originally thought about buying a new couch, but so glad I took a chance with Comfort Works. When I first placed my order, I did accidently picked the wrong size. I reached out to CW's customer service and it everything was fixed so efficiently and quick! The delivery time was approximately 5 weeks, which felt like a long time, but completely worth it and CW sent updates the whole time. My new covers make my couch look completely new and the material is so soft that it makes the couch 10 times more comfortable than the original IKEA covers.”

“New legs arrived quickly and look great one my couch. Minus one star because of the 8 legs I ordered there was serious color variation so I had to split them into 2 groups to make sure the ones in the front all matched.”
