“I’m a little underwhelmed by the experience. Firstly it appeared that the products would be shipped from Australia. But they’re sent from China. The sofa legs also appear more orange in person (Beech colour) and one has a crack in it.”

Hey Karmin, Thanks for your feedback, we're not sure what gave the impression that we'd be shipping the products from China nor do try to hide this fact - you can read more here: https://comfort-works.com/en/content/our-story-4/ With the sofa legs however, do contact us (with photos) if there are issues with the product and we'll sort them out for you - we do apologise if our product has missed the mark and will work closely with you to find an amicable resolution accordingly. “Very happy with our covers. Perfect fit- the couch looks brand new. Disappointed that I thought I was buying from an Australian company but the covers came from China.”

Hey Nicole! Thanks for your kind feedback and glad that you're happy with your covers and we're even happier that the fit was good. In essense, we are still actually an Australian company that had to scale operations to China since 2010 - here's the full story: http://theborrowedabode.com/2013/04/update-comfort-works-slipcover-manufacturing-details/ Long story short though, we really don't see how making our products in one country should change its quality and it's unfortunately become an unnecessary stigma that products from China are inferior or have unfair labour practices -- very untrue, granted all iPhones are Made in China as well. “This is our third slipcover replacement from Comfort Works for our IKEA couch (Kramfors). Our couch is now 13 years old and we replace the cover every two to three years. Our couch takes quite a bit of wear and tear with three kids. With every slipcover, they fit perfectly and our couch feels new again. We are so happy we found this company years ago. We bought two covers this time so we could always have a spare as well.”

“I was worried at first because this is an overseas company (we are based in the US), but I received exactly what I needed in 2.5 weeks (well within the stated timeframe). “These new slipcovers have changed my living room! The package arrived on time, and the packaging was super cute with a handwritten note which I loved! And, most importantly, they fit like a glove! “I received my IKEA Hovas cover yesterday and I have to say that I am impressed with how well made the cover is. I chose the “madison coal” from the “pure cottons”. The fabric is thick, looks very strong and it’s really soft. I was expecting it to be a little darker gray. I highly recommend comfort-works especially for discontinued sofas like mine. My 10 year old sofa deserved a make over!”

“The armrest covers arrived a little earlier than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The fit and appearance are superb as is the feel of the fabric in matching our Potter Barn Sofas. I highly recommend this company and its products. Than you for a great product delivered quickly. This will save us time in not having to remove the entire sofa slip covers due to the armrests getting discolored due to sweat or oils from people's arms and hands.”

“Ich habe drei Sofabezüge aus Baumwollstoff für Ikeasofas (Kramfors) aus Leder bestellt. Von Beginn an, über Stoffproben, der endgültigen Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung wurde ich rundumbetreut. Nicht zu aufdringlich, sondern genau richtig. Die Bezüge selber sind sehr gut verarbeitet, riechen nicht, fühlen sich gut an und sehen hochwertig aus. Sie sind ein klitzekleines bisschen zu weit, das stört überhaupt nicht, liegt sicher an der Individualität der einzelnen Sofas und vielleicht wird es nach dem ersten Waschen dann perfekt passen.”

Lieben Dank für die tolle Bewertung, das freut uns sehr zu hören! Ja, beim Waschen können die Bezüge in der Regel noch um 2-3% eingehen, meist sitzen sie dann noch etwas straffer. Liebe Grüße und noch ganz viel Freude mit deinem "neuen" Sofa!

“Great customer service throughout with emails sent to provide updates on production and shipping, also very prompt response to my query. Sofa cover was very well packed and easy to install; helped by the labels inside each cover detailing what they are for - a great touch. I ordered the 'performance velvet storm', lovely and soft and somehow made my sofa more comfy 😊”
