“My custom cover for my Ikea sofa arrived as promised, and fits like a dream. My only beef (and it's a big one) is that the fabric is not velvet. I had dreams of a beautiful rich green velvet, and it was called velvet, but this is actually some sort of felt-like microfiber. But...the price was good, and the quality of the sewing is great. It fits better than the original Ikea cover.”

Hey Adrienne! Such a bummer to hear that our Velvet Emerald did not live up to your expectations. We do categorize it as velvet due to its shine finish and the appropriate velvet nap to the touch. We do strongly urge all our customers to get some samples before deciding the fabric so they can get a sense of what they would be getting at the end of the day. No worries, I sent an email to you, and let's see how we can help. :) Ning from Comfort Works

“Great covers which make my sofa bed and chair match. I wanted washable covers for ease of use with my dog. Haven’t washed them yet but fabric lovely and they are well made. They arrived on time, clean and folded in a lovely bag and I will be ordering more covers for other chairs. The photos shown are straight out the box before giving them a little steam to take out creases from packing.”

“Measurements were off on a lot of the pieces being on the larger size being 8-15cm off from the original ikea cover.”

Hey there! Sorry to hear about these fit issues - could you kindly send over 3 wide photos (front, side back of sofa) with the slipcovers over your sofa so we can visually get onto the same page as to what may have happened? From there we'll work out the best ways to resolve these issues, either via a repair credit or replacement covers. Hope to hear from you soon!

“We ordered the blue velvet Kivik sofa and chaise lounge. They took about 8 weeks to arrive, but boy, are they worth the wait! Very high quality material, soft, and everything fit perfectly. Worth every penny. Love our "new" sofa!”

“Relation client impeccable, produit de qualité, conforme à la commande. En revanche dans le processus d'achat, il y a des ambiguïtés: tout est fait pour présenter l'entreprise comme française, au pire européenne et au final il s'agit d'une entreprise chinoise. Cela ne me dérange pas mais la sincérité serait un plus.”

“Comfort Works were excellent to deal with, prompt communication and delivery on time. The fabric is really soft and comfortable, much nicer than the original ikea ones. Slipcovers fit really well too. If there had have been more/nicer colours in the velvet we would have gone with that, but the texture of the cotton ones is lovely. Just a note of caution, we received a FedEx invoice for £30 customs after they arrive which we hadn’t factored into our pricing. All in all we are very pleased with the product.”

“とても素敵な色でした。サイズはやや大きめで、とてもクッションを入れやすかったのですが、その分、座っている間に少しずれてしまう感じがします。”

“Love my new Comfort Works slip cover! Replaced ill-fitting PB cover on my PB sofa. Like that I could adjust measurements so that my knife edge back cushions are firmer.”
