“I ordered a cotton slipcover in navy for my Pottery Barn sofa. It arrived in a timely manner and fits great! I'm very impressed with the customer service as well. My order was a bit delayed due to the current pandemic, but they kept me up-to-date at all times. I've only washed it once so far, but no fading at all. Very happy with my purchase.”

“We recently received our new slipcover for a Rowe sofa. I have to admit that I was apprehensive ordering covers online. But with the help of Ling Nim, customer service, the covers turned out perfectly! Fantastic price, prompt replies to my emails, help with fabric selection and measuring, delivery right on time. “The cover fits perfectly and is very soft. The kids and the cats all agree it is a major upgrade from the Ikea-issue cover that had been torn to shreds. I'm excited for the built in USB cord.”

“The covers arrived today and I am so excited (the cats too)! The quality, the colors - simply everything really beautiful. There were some small delays in the delivery, because this fabric is probably so popular, but it was worth the wait and the living room is now much more comfortable. And a big thank you to Sarah D. from the customer service, who was so kind to accompany everything from the planning to the delivery!”

“I’m a little underwhelmed by the experience. Firstly it appeared that the products would be shipped from Australia. But they’re sent from China. The sofa legs also appear more orange in person (Beech colour) and one has a crack in it.”

Hey Nicole! Thanks for your kind feedback and glad that you're happy with your covers and we're even happier that the fit was good. In essense, we are still actually an Australian company that had to scale operations to China since 2010 - here's the full story: http://theborrowedabode.com/2013/04/update-comfort-works-slipcover-manufacturing-details/ Long story short though, we really don't see how making our products in one country should change its quality and it's unfortunately become an unnecessary stigma that products from China are inferior or have unfair labour practices -- very untrue, granted all iPhones are Made in China as well. “This is our third slipcover replacement from Comfort Works for our IKEA couch (Kramfors). Our couch is now 13 years old and we replace the cover every two to three years. Our couch takes quite a bit of wear and tear with three kids. With every slipcover, they fit perfectly and our couch feels new again. We are so happy we found this company years ago. We bought two covers this time so we could always have a spare as well.”

“I was worried at first because this is an overseas company (we are based in the US), but I received exactly what I needed in 2.5 weeks (well within the stated timeframe).
