“The quality is excellent and the colour is exactly as pictured on the website. Honestly the best part is the customer experience... Every message that I sent was answered within a short delay which made the ordering process was super easy! The cover even arrived beautifully packaged with a personalize note as well. The only downfall is that as a Canadian paying in US dollars is quite costly. A $500 US order was close to $700 CAD plus a $53 customs charge. That’s the only negative issue but it’s to be expected when living in Canada. Would highly recommend Comfort Works to give any couch a new makeover!”

“Comfort Works did a great job in creating arm rest covers for my Pottery Barn sofa. The arms were wearing out too fast, and these totally solve my problem. They were easy to communicate with, reasonably priced, and did everything they said they would. I highly recommend!”

“I'm utterly thrilled with the sofa slipcover I got from Comfort Works. My old Hagalund sofa from Ikea got the new life, it has never looked so smart! The new slipcover actually fits better than the original one :) Also the service from Comfort Works has been simply excellent - from the moment I placed my order to the moment I received it I was receiving emails from them informing me about the progress of the order. When the cover arrived - and it happened much quicker than I expected - it was beautifully packed and looked like a Christmas gift :) And there was a wonderful, personal card attached to it, such a nice gesture! I'm so happy that now I think about updating my armchairs too and I will not even think about doing it anywhere else!”

“I bought an older IKEA chair off an ad on Craigslist. It was in great shape structurally. The cover... had seen better days and was not a flattering pattern to start with. I ordered some fabric samples and chose one that I could tell would flatter my paint color on my wall and complement the colors in my rug. I ordered a replacement cover from Comfort Works. I was shocked not only at how quickly it came, but how much communication I received throughout the entire process. And when the cover arrived, it was beautifully packaged. I put it on right away and am thrilled with the quality of the product I received for the value. A perfect fit, beautiful seams and quality zippers. This chair is no longer an eyesore. I actually love looking at it! P.S. This is my 2nd chair cover from this company. I'm hooked!”

“This is my second order with Comfort Works. I am a happy customer. I ordered some new slipcovers for an IKEA sofa bed in my rental property. As with the first order, the customer service from the first point of contact is outstanding, i had lots of questions and all were answered promptly and in a friendly professional manner. My order arrived sooner than expected by courier which was a nice surprise and the covers arrived beautifully wrapped with a hand written note thanking me for the order. The fabric is high quality and the colour is exactly like the sample. Everything fits beautifully. I would not hesitate in recommending Comfort Works to anyone, they are a fantastic company and i now have a freshened up sofa for a fraction of the price of a new one.”

“I love my slipcover. I just put it on today. We will see overtime if it is worth the hefty price tag. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fabric that I wanted to purchase was out of stock for a very long time and I had to wait a couple of month before I could order and then wait a few more weeks for shipping.”

Our fabrics are made specifically for us and unfortunately, the batches did not pass QC and had to be re-made, hence the delay.
