“Efficient service, sofa cover was delivered quickly and fitted perfectly. Love the fact that the packaging is totally environmentally friendly (no plastic used). Would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Works.”

“Looks great! I got the Madison Mist fabric and that stuff is sturdy! It's already survived blood, a (very) orange cream soda spill and my cat's scratching. One small downside is that the storage bench and the pullout bed are harder to use because of the extra fabric, but it's worth it.”

“I've only had my covers for less than a week, but I love them so far. They were easy to put on my Nockeby sofa and the entire process, from ordering swatches, to making the actual purchase, was easy. I had a couple of questions along the way, and the customer service was speedy and helpful.”

“Had a slip cover made for my Pottery Barn Comfort Sectional. I am very very happy with the Comfort Works Slip Cover. The fabric, the color, the fit!!! I just added another 10 plus years of life to my sectional. Highly recommend!!!”

“Love these slipcovers (ordered for our Pottery Barn PB Basic Sofa & Love seat). Ordering was very smooth, had constant communication about the order and once arrived (less than 3 wks), I feel they are nicer and better quality than the ones that came on the sofas when I got them from PB originally. Was nervous about ordering from so far away, but that was unfounded! Thank you!!”

“FINALLY got round to putting on my new covers! (delay due to re-decorating!) Absolutely beautiful! Well made, easily fitted and wonderful up-to-date colours. “I have hated the blocky legs of my Karlstad since the day I bought it (six years ago) and finally bit the bullet and ordered new legs. I was so excited when my Comfort Works package arrived, tore the box open to find... some very red legs. Love the shape, hate the color. Be warned that the cherry legs are very, very RED. If I had a do-over, I would go with Uncle Bob's, which cost a little less and offer a ton more options on type of wood and stain color. Now I'm out $90 and looking at RED sofa legs.”

Hi JiaYing, thanks for your feedback and really sorry to hear about your recent purchase experience. With our bailey sofa legs they are actually quite red in real-life, and we do try our utmost best to reflect it in our product photography. We understand that Uncle Bob have more options in terms of staining and can possibly provide you with something you'd be happier with. As such, we can definitely arrange for a full product refund if you'd like to ship the item back to us -- or you can opt for an exchange if you think you'd prefer a lighter, natural wood colour and stain them to your preference even.
