“FINALLY got round to putting on my new covers! (delay due to re-decorating!) Absolutely beautiful! Well made, easily fitted and wonderful up-to-date colours. Bought two sets this time round and I'll have no hesitation in ordering more in the future. Excellent customer service right through from ordering, transit to delivery. Well done Comfort Works!”

“I have hated the blocky legs of my Karlstad since the day I bought it (six years ago) and finally bit the bullet and ordered new legs. I was so excited when my Comfort Works package arrived, tore the box open to find... some very red legs. Love the shape, hate the color. Be warned that the cherry legs are very, very RED. If I had a do-over, I would go with Uncle Bob's, which cost a little less and offer a ton more options on type of wood and stain color. Now I'm out $90 and looking at RED sofa legs.”

Hi JiaYing, thanks for your feedback and really sorry to hear about your recent purchase experience. With our bailey sofa legs they are actually quite red in real-life, and we do try our utmost best to reflect it in our product photography. We understand that Uncle Bob have more options in terms of staining and can possibly provide you with something you'd be happier with. As such, we can definitely arrange for a full product refund if you'd like to ship the item back to us -- or you can opt for an exchange if you think you'd prefer a lighter, natural wood colour and stain them to your preference even. “The slip covers for an Extorp 3-seater sofa bed arrived in good condition and fairly quickly. The covers are excellent quality (perhaps even better than the originals) and fit excellently. I should add that they were ever so slightly bigger than the originals, but this simply made them easy to fit and indeed gives the cushions more room to 'relax', so the sofa is now more comfortable!”

“I am very happy with the new cover for my Ikea Ekeskog sofa. I have to say this new one is significantly better quality than the original. I like that the zippers are heavier, and labels inside tell you where the covers go. It was a very fair price, not much more than the original (which I bought about 15 years ago). I also like that the packaging was minimal, cloth bag and cardboard box, and the cover did not have any funny offgassing odors. Thank you Comfort Works!”

“I’ve had my sofa for 20 years and it was well made and comfortable but looked shabby and I didn’t want to buy a new one so I decided to put different covers over it but they never looked good after a couple of weeks ... I really hesitated spending $$$ on a custom cover through Comfort Works but BOY I’m glad I did! The whole process with them from beginning to end was great! I have now had my new cover for a few months and it STILL looks fantastic.. I’m very happy and although the measuring part was the most complicated it was worth it!”

“Excellent customer service! They helped me every step of the way (even when I measured incorrectly) they notified me to remeasure. The white slipcover is beautiful. I love it..fits perfectly. I would recommend comfort works to anyone looking for a quality slipcover at a reasonable price!!”
