“I am so impressed with my sofa bed cover. It was a pleasure dealing with Comfort Works from start to finish. The samples were very helpful and the finished product is so well made I’m delighted. I never thought we’d be able to get it covered so when I found out this was possible I was over the moon, but nearly as much as I am with the finished product. The customer service is excellent. “I’m thrilled at what I got from this company. I found myself wanting to save an old Karl Star couch I loved and stumbled upon Comfort Works. They had a plethora of covers for me to choose from, it was a tad overwhelming. After finding what I want, I ordered the cover and within a week and a half, it was on my doorstep. This cover is exactly what I was looking for. My couch looks rejuvenated. I do want to note that I ordered the Saddle Savannah Plant based leather cover. It does smell like something fowl when you first receive it. That’ll go away eventually.”

Hi Moses! Thank you so much for the kind words! We aim to provide the best options for our customers :). As for the bycast leather/vegan leather smells, that is correct. We would usually advise our customers to keep the room well ventilated, and the smell should dissipate in a week or two.

“I order a nice medium grey slipcover for 2 Stocksund chairs and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived early. The fabric is a nice quality and fit perfectly. This is my first time ordering but it will not be my last.”

“We bought IKEA sofa covers via comfort-works.com and highly reccomend it. The covers were exactly like they looked on the pictures, are of excellent quality and were easy to put on our sofas. The customer service was great as well, frequent updates of the order that arrived sooner than expected. We couldn´t be happier with the quality of the covers and the professional service :) Many thanks ”

“very quick delivery time - within 2 weeks of placing the orders we recieved our new covers . product exactlly as described , much higher quality fabric and finish then the original Ikea covers . all covers fit perfectly , we are very pleased with the result. fair price and excellent feedback from the seller”

“Absolutely awesome. Our couch cover arrived earlier than expected and the quality is better than the original. We love the colour and that it's machine washable (coz the dog loves it too!). The little extras and attention to detail such as cushion labels and the thank-you note are a nice touch too. We are extremely happy and can definitely recommend Comfort Works. Thumbs-up :-)”

“Very pleased with the covers-needed to do considerable amount of ironing and had assumed covers would be the same length as original,was surprised to find them touching the floor-was able by addition of elastic to draw them up to get a better fit. Delivery info was incorrect-luckily in 2 days earlier than advised”

“Covers were ordered and received within 4 days. Customer service was excellent as long as it was about making the order. The covers came and don't fit at all, the replacement legs are wobbly and unstable. It took 6 emails, 1 online chat and one attempt to contact them via their website to get a reply out of them. The customer is obviously not as important anymore once they have your money. They now say that our sofa must be a different size (it's a standard IKEA Karlstad) and want us to send them the correct measurements. Not what we had in mind when spending over $1,500 AUD. Bite the bullet and buy new couches, I will never deal with them again wouldn't recommend them either.”
