“Very pleased with the covers-needed to do considerable amount of ironing and had assumed covers would be the same length as original,was surprised to find them touching the floor-was able by addition of elastic to draw them up to get a better fit. Delivery info was incorrect-luckily in 2 days earlier than advised”

“Covers were ordered and received within 4 days. Customer service was excellent as long as it was about making the order. The covers came and don't fit at all, the replacement legs are wobbly and unstable. It took 6 emails, 1 online chat and one attempt to contact them via their website to get a reply out of them. The customer is obviously not as important anymore once they have your money. They now say that our sofa must be a different size (it's a standard IKEA Karlstad) and want us to send them the correct measurements. Not what we had in mind when spending over $1,500 AUD. Bite the bullet and buy new couches, I will never deal with them again wouldn't recommend them either.”

“This is my second order with Comfort Works and I am extremely happy with both. The ordering system is simple and there is assistance on hand if needed. I was impressed with the communication each step of the way, quality of the product and speed of delivery. Two way zips were a pleasant surprise. Will use again, highly recommended.”

“What an awesome company!!!! Sooo impressed! From the awesome communication.. to the quick time it took to receive my covers! 5 stars, for sure! I love our new covers for our Pottery Barn sectional! They came out awesome! Price was right and the product was perfect! Will be ordering again for other chairs soon! I highly recommend Comfort Works!!!”

Hey Diane, I believe one of our representatives managed to get in touch with you over the weekend, which is when we typically don't work on. I understand that one of the items was wrongly ordered unfortunately, and you'd like to get the correct item in Shire Sand (not Nomad Sand). On our side, it actually doesn't make sense for you to even return the product so what we can do is charge a token price for the footstool cover (in Shire Sand) instead. “Hi, just received my parcel and am quite happy with the result. The work was perfectly according to measure and the covers on my sofa and chairs do not seem at all like a loose cover. Just a small piece of advice if I can. Since the fit was perfect having a small zip on the corner back where it is not visible at all would have helped putting it on. It also worries me that when I need to wash the covers I will have even more problems putting them back on. On the ottoman you forgot to leave the second part of the velcro but that is not a problem at all ecause I can buy some and compete the fitting.”

“Very good service. All queries were answered promptly. Sofa covers arrived quickly and the fit and quality are excellent. My only slight negative is that the blue colour I selected has come up a bit darker than the swatch I was sent but I guess this is to do with dye lots. But overall very good value for money.”
