“I am thrilled with our new slipcovers. Although my original slipcovers were advertised as pet and kid friendly, I can already tell that my Comfort Works slipcovers will do a much better job. And SO much easier to clean. Everyone loves the smart charging feature. I will be ordering another set very soon! Why not have 2 colors to switch between?! So glad I found you!”

“I heard found out about Comfort Works on the Nick Lewis YouTube channel. I'm really pleased with my covers, they look great and have actually saved me money as I've been able to update a tired looking occasional chair rather than throwing it out. I am really impressed with the quality of the workmanship and finish, both were really high and much better than I was expecting for the price. The only slight downside, if you can even call it that, was that I wish I'd been patient enough to order samples before ordering the final product and perhaps I might have chosen a different colour but obviously this was my fault and not Comfort Works.”

“Amazing! I have two Pottery Barn York roll arm deep seat loveseats. Getting replacement slipcovers from PB right now is almost impossible (Feb) and super expensive. I found Comfort Works online and can't believe how easy the process was and how fabulous the result is! Every step - from fabric samples, measuring, photos and following the work in progress. Customer service is incredibly helpful and my covers arrived beautifully packaged and in great shape! The price is unbeatable. I highly recommend and I will order again!”

“I love my new covers for my Ikea Kramfors couch. This is my second Comfort Works order and once again I am so impressed! They fit perfectly, the price is right, and the material is high quality. “We purchased a couch cover for our daughter’s first studio apartment. The couch was a discontinued model from IKEA. Comfort Works provided us with a wide selection of fabrics to choose from. “I’m very happy with my slipcovers! The quality of the fabric is excellent, the stitching and workmanship is superb and they fit my Farlov sofabed, chair and ottoman snuggly! I’m most impressed with customer service, their assistance and guidance in choosing the right fabric and the delivery service and packaging. I’m a happy customer! I would highly recommend!”

“First, the sample sent and the actual product received are not the same. But I still liked the slipcovers overall. Second, one of the sofa back cushions had a slight discoloration/stain right in the center. When i sent photos the next day asking for a replacement back cover to be sent, they refused. They told me to wash it myself or take it to a dry cleaner for reimbursement of $10 only upon receipt, further pictures post wash, and their approval if they thought it was bad enough to reimburse $10. Wow! I refused to wash them realizing I was now dealing with a company that does not back their customer satisfaction guarantee or their 3 year warranty on $800 custom slipcovers. They basically said, too bad then. If I won’t wash them that’s on me. Why would I risk possibly making the stain worse? There’s no way this company is going to replace it, that’s clearly evident. Not taking my chances. Plus their warranty is voided if stained. Well it arrived stained already. So, now I have one cushion stained that I’m stuck with, and no replacement. No warranty. No customer satisfaction guarantee. I have orders slipcovers from Bemz.com as well and definitely recommend them instead.”

We had hoped that our generous offer for paid professional cleaning would have solved your smudge/dirt issue, but we understand that you are not keen on doing so. It is also deeply regrettable that our offer for a free replacement in troubleshooting this issue following our 3-Year Warranty was declined.
