“I got swatches from several different companies, and the ones from Comfort Works came the fastest. CW comparable in price for quality- if anything from the other companies was cheaper, it wasn't great quality. And I know fabric because I am a seamstress! Our IKEA KRAMFORS couch is already 16 years old, the big question was how much longer do we want to keep it? We've been looking for a new one for a few years and haven't found one we like as much and that fits, so we shelled out for the performance fabric and it is SO. NICE. It's so much better than the cover that came with it, and I wish we'd done this years ago. The fit was perfect. it really feels like a new couch. I love it. TO be fair, it did cost more than the couch did (16 years ago). I think the KRAMFORS is an anomaly in its durability though.”

“So, where do I begin? I decided to get new slipcovers for my Crate & Barrel Sofa back in October 2020, yes you read that right, I just received the last email this morning closing my case. Nearly a year later. I’ve been dealing with these people for almost A YEAR. The person I was dealing with never once mentioned samples. Ignored me when I mentioned the discrepancies I found when measuring the sofa: “Thanks for doing the initial checks. The difference most probably lies in how we measure actually”- and from that day (15/10/20) when she confirmed that the measurements were “probably” ok it took almost a full month for my order to be even confirmed.Once my order arrived (it took two months) it was the wrong size, color and terrible quality. I’m talking inferior to Ikea slipcovers that is what I somehow was expecting as the bottom line. So if you want at least decent quality you have to get their most expensive fabrics, if you go with the basic ones you’ll be disappointed. And then is where the real fun began. Turns out my sofa model wasn’t one they had done before (obviously no one noticed while I was placing my order, it just shows how much this people know about sofas) so no previous reference for sizing. I was left with made to measure as my only option (not what I paid for) Never ending emails and measurements until I decided to just ask for a refund. In June I was given the option of a new set of covers based on some new measurements they now had, Or a full refund. I was stupid and willing enough to go with the measurements. Obviously, they didn’t match. So I once again sent the differences and guess what they said? “It’s probably ok” (this would actually be funny if it wasn’t by the fact that they are ripping so many people off). After thinking about it I decided that I wasn’t comfortable going through all of it again and get a second pair of ill fitting covers so I asked for my full refund WHICH THEY HAD OFFERED me. Now all of a sudden they can no longer do a full refund, only 70%. Which I now see -and based on all of these bad reviews- I’m one of the very lucky ones considering how many people are loosing their full amounts. Truly awful experience. If you are lucky enough to get your covers right on the first attempt then you’re good. Now if you happen to have ANY issue at all, even when being 100% their responsibility like in my case and you can just give up. Don’t be like me and waste time you’ll never get back trying to solve their mistakes. The people working for them and in particular the ones answering emails have no idea what they are doing. They have no regard for the environment all they want to do is to just send another set of covers without even taking a minute to think about how wasteful that is. Just thinking about all the wrong size covers they send, the amount of material going to waste, it’s disgusting. Most of us getting new covers are trying to be mindful of the environment by extending the life of our sofas just to realise that this company represents exactly the opposite, the culture of waste. And worst of all they lack any kind of integrity and are unable to keep their word and take responsibility. NEVER AGAIN.”

“The contact person was very patient with me. Once the final measurements were in, it didn't take long at all to get my slipcover. I'm extremely happy with it. It fits very well, and the fabric feels nice to sit on! Attaching photo of my sofa in our living room/art studio.”

“Exceptional service and quality! We are thrilled with our new slip cover. I had read the reviews and waffled. It can’t be that different I think. So I hire a local upholsterer. Provide the specs AND the original worn Crate & Barrel cover for cutting guide. Order the fabric online, pay local upholsterer (I’m so very clever) it runs around $500 total annnnnd it doesn’t fit. I live with it for a year as 5 star Comfort Works reviews pop up in my browser. Fast forward to arrival of Comfort Works Nomad Gray slipcover. Perfection. Concise gift bag with a festive bright red ribbon and a handwritten note offering help for any questions or issues. Slipcover fit like a glove. Comfort Works actually fit BETTER than Crate & Barrel slipcover (yeah I said it). Strong sturdy seams, not one loose string and the Nomad Gray is somehow soft to the touch. How? Durable and soft? We will be ordering from CW again for our larger version sofa in the main room. Absolutely 5 stars.”

“This was my third order with Comfort Works, and I’m just as thrilled as I was the first time. This slipcover was for the IKEA Ektorp ottoman, and it fits perfectly. The fabric is beautiful and I know now how durable it is, having had four other items covered in it. My house is so delightful with the facelift the furniture received for CW! The other thing to mention is the attentive and thoughtful customer service— so rare these days. It was a sincere pleasure communicating with the representative, and that alone would bring me back. The whole experience with this company has been stellar. Highly recommended!!”

“The customer service was really superior. Very diligent and professional and responsive. My slipcovers arrived before promised and have breathed new life into my favorite reading chair and ottoman. My chair was very old so ComfortWorks didn't have a template for it. Pottery Barn couldn't even identify the chair. This made this project extra challenging, but the team at Comfort Works took it on and did a great job.”

“I inherited a dark brown crate and barrel sofa and chair and a half from my son. The furniture is super comfy and well made, but oh god it was ugly. Your slipcovers basically transformed them. The light ocean blue fabric is like real upholstery, not a slipcover. I love them. My only issue is that the Velcro that’s supposed to give them a tight fit and a more modern look doesn’t even pretend to hold. I think I will try a staple gun,”
