Vielen Dank für deine Bewertung und das Foto. Das Sofa sieht klasse aus! Übrigens lässt sich die Passform noch etwas verbessern, wenn die Bezüge einmal kalt durchgewaschen, schattig zum Trocknen aufgehängt und noch leicht feucht übergezogen werden. Ich wünsche alles Gute!

Bonjour ! Merci beaucoup pour votre retour. :) Nous n'avons pas les mêmes tissus qu'IKEA mais notre propre collection. Nous recommandons toujours de commander des échantillons avant les housses pour pouvoir comparer les tissus à la lumière du jour et faire son choix tranquillement. :) Merci pour votre confiance et votre soutien. “Ordering new covers for my IKEA Hagalund sofa from Comfort Works definitely was an excellent decision. putting in an extra seam I asked for was no problem, delivery was faster than expected and the covers fit perfectly. Customer service is wonderful too! I can definitely recommend Comfort Works!”

“We recently renovated our living room and our sofa was looking completely out of place. We came across the option of buying a cover. We were so surprised with the whole fit, quality and service by comfort works. We ordered Textured Weave Storm. It fits perfectly! they didn't cut any corners and it's very well crafted. The team kept us updated about the status and they also reimbursed the custom duty. We are so happy with the whole experience that before you dispose off your sofa, we highly recommend giving comfort-works a chance. Before we ordered from comfort-works we tried a sofa cover from a different online company and it was a disaster. But comfort-works did a fabulous job. Thanks a lot.”

“We just received our beautiful slip cover from Comfort Works. It turned our worn, 23 year old IKEA sofa (with good bones) into a new sofa. It’s now beautiful!!! We love the texture, the color, the feel, the fit of our new slipcover. Exactly what we wanted and exactly what was promised. In fact, we loved our entire experience with Comfort Works from ordering free swatches to questions about the fabric to communications during delivery. This experience make us want to buy more IKEA sofas with the knowledge that in the future we don’t have to worry about ordering slip covers from Comfort Works. We are so lucky to have found this company. Also we loved how our slipcover was packaged when arrived…great presentation and personal. Thank you Rachel. Please don’t change a thing. Keep up the great work for us folks who want to give a new look to perfectly good and old sofas. SAVE OUR LANDFILLS!!!”

“We ordered replacement sofa covers from Comfort Works because our original ones were stained. Having had the Comfort Works covers on for only a matter of weeks, they became badly bobbled and saggy - see photos. We originally left a positive review although we were surprised at how thin the fabric was when it arrived. We should have trusted our instincts, because after a few weeks of use, it turned out that the tweed fabric we chose is totally unsuitable for sofa upholstery. Having raised our concerns with the Customer Services team, the best they could do was to offer us 50% off a replacement order. We feel that it’s totally unacceptable to expect us to fork out more money to replace what was effectively a shoddy, cheap and substandard product. We still cannot understand why they would sell a fabric that is totally unsuitable for upholstery! Apparently Comfort Works’ fabric warranty does not cover piling or bobbling. This is baffling because the sofa covers now need replacing entirely - they look 10 times worse than the stained originals!! All in all, we have been left feeling really disappointed and ripped off. We spent over £260 replacing the covers that have only been used for a few weeks. A complete waste of money! The Comfort Works website repeatedly boasts customer satisfaction, but in our experience, the service and products that Comfort Works provides are incredibly poor quality and the information on the website is completely misleading. Please think twice about ordering from Comfort Works!”

Hi Mel, thank you for your feedback regarding the (Everyday) Tweed fabric. While bobbling is certainly not great to look at, this isn't a fabric defect for this fabric the you've selected and is also a known characteristic for cross-weave polyester fabrics, especially in parts where the covers get used or sat on more often - meaning to say where they receive the most friction. We're bummed that our offer to provide a set of replacement covers made using a different fabric with a discount was not acceptable. We believe this was already a really generous offer seeing that pilling isn't covered under our warranty. We still thank you for giving us a try and hope you'll be able to find an alternative solution to get your slipcover woes resolved.
