“It's a beautiful cover. It has transformed our couch. Perfectly made. Excellent, clear instructions. Brilliant product. One small gripe is the import taxes which were not calculated at the outset which made it quite Pricy but over all I would highly recommend.”

“I ordered the claw-proof velvet covers and overall I like it a lot. It’s a really nice green color that looks great with my wood furniture. I will say that the “velvet” material is not very velvety, but it does look nice, and is comfortable to sit on (my cats, in particular, love it). Unfortunately, I put the new covers on only three days ago and one of my cats has already managed to put little holes in it. My little monsters are very talented destroyers for what it’s worth, and these covers are definitely more resilient than the original ikea material, but claw-proof it is not.”

I also saw that you got some samples before placing the order - did the Claw-Proof Velvet on the sample seems more velvety than the one you received on your slipcovers? “From start to finish the customer service was excellent. The slip covers fit perfectly on our CB sofa, it gave it quite a facelift. Shipping was fast and easy as well. Very happy with my purchase”

“Quite dissappointed with the product. The fit is very baggy with seems that are not straight and consiquently the cover looks scruffy. I was also hit with additional import tax charges which werent communicated at the time of making the order. The fabric is also not what I was expecting from the images on the website.”

Hey Sarah! So sorry to hear about the fit issues. I have sent you an email to get some photos to visually get on the same page as you then we can work something out together. Unfortunately, for the fabric not being as you've expected - I see that you did not get any fabric samples first to compare as we do suggest before checking out. This is a bummer because photos online would not be the best to gauge color and texture. As for import taxes, we always do reimburse up to 60GBP, so please reply to the email with the receipt and I'll get that sorted for you as well. Speak soon - Ning from Comfort Works

“The slip covers for our couches like a glove. The fabric is sturdy (good for our dogs who love to snuggle with us) and the color was we a toy what we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase. They were definitely worth the wait!”

“We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Comfort Works’ extraordinary customer service and consistent communication is to be applauded. We have been using our slip covers for a few weeks and they are exactly what we wanted. Perfect fit with the softest and most durable cotton fabric. Our 17 year old couch was originally bought from Ethan Allan and the construction was in perfect condition, but the fabric was in such bad shape that the whole couch was ready to be tossed. Now it looks like we have a brand new couch! Plus the covers can be washed so we will enjoy them for years to come. We are so glad we came across this company. This option was so much better for our pocketbooks and the environment.”
