“The staff at Comfort Works was wonderful to work with during the entire process. They kept in touch throughout the entire time and afterwards checked in to see if I was satisfied. “We were excited to put on your new velvet cover on our 10+ years old Ikea Karlanda sofa as soon as it was delivered. Not only did the cover fit perfectly, it gave our living room a whole new look- the new Karlanda matched very well with our purple velvet corner sofa. It was well worth the one month wait and we are extremely happy with the choice we made.”

“We really love our Kramfors couch but after 10 years the leather was pretty beat up. I ordered the black leather cushion covers and could not be happier - the couch has been revitalized. Comfort Works did a great job and kept us up-to-date on the progress/shipping of our order - a little under 4 weeks from order to delivery. Great fit, matches the original leather perfectly. Beware, be careful when opening the package - do not use a box cutter or you will cut into the covers! Looks best when original leather covers are removed - do not put over old covers.). Thank you everyone at Comfort Works.”

Hi Greg, It's great to hear that your old Kramfors couch has been refreshed with new covers! We do actually make the Kramfors covers to be put over your original leather upholstery but we'd totally understand if you'd prefer to remove it. Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback too :)

“We ordered two Mysinge sofa covers in Savannah Saddle. They look fantastic. Our 16 year old Ikea sofa is new again! The color is beautiful and the workmanship was excellent. My favorite thing though was the customer service. it was amazing. We needed the second piece to be slightly longer than the first because of an odd variance in our sofa. I emailed Sarah at Comfort Works and she made the adjustment for us. This was a personalized service that was beyond any expectation. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“So incredibly pleased with my custom couch cover set! It arrived well packaged and in good time, but most of all the quality and fit are superb! “Hallo habe für das Ikea Sofa mysinge , Kino charcoal bestellt . Farbe , Verarbeitung und Qualität des Stoffes ist besser als erwartet . Da die Liegefläche von mysinge sehr straff ist hatte ich Probleme beim beziehen. Der Kundenkontakt war immer sehr freundlich und entgenkomment . Ich würde auch wieder was bestellen Michaela”

“I had ordered from this company expecting quality service. the product showed up on time, the fabric wasn't exactly what i expected , but not bad. The color however was not what i expected. i ordered a certain type of Ikea sofa cover, expecting it to match the original Ikea cover. it was much darker and didn't match the design of the room at all. when I emailed the company, Felicia responded in a dismissive manner, No refunds, sorry it doesn't match, not our problem. I don't usually write bad reviews. But after taking my money, they refused to help with any follow up issues. make sure you are VERY specific with these people , otherwise they don't care at all. Now im stuck trying to match the fabric and color again, and out almost $400 dollars because of these people.”

“Love the slipcover!! Exceeded our expectations! We ordered a blue velvet slipcover for our Ikea love seat and we couldn’t be happier.
