“My Ikea Custom Made Stocksund couch covers from Comfirt Works arrived withing 14days of ordering... in a lovely white cotton!!!... I couldnt be happier!!! Fabulous job 👍👍👍They look wonderful!!! 😃”

“I have had my covers for at least 3-4 years. They are almost perfect!!! Unfortunately, the bi cast leather started cracking and splitting. Even though my warranty is over, comfort works are replacing them at 50 percent! I am very impressed and pleased with this excellent service!!! Cheers, Patti”

“My overall experience with Comfort Works has been positive. I had two Ikea sofa's that I liked but didn't love the fabric and was really happy to discover a company that had thought if this and provided replacement covers specifically for Ikea sofas! They have a great variety of fabrics that are of better quality and style than the original fabrics offered by Ikea. When they arrived however I was not 100% happy with the fit so I communicated this to the Comfort Works Team they then resent me new covers to the measurements I requested incredibly quickly at no extra cost. The customer service has been absolutely brilliant and because I'm based in the UK and the company are based in Australia this brilliant and punctual communication is so important. They are a company you can trust and rely on and they seem to really care about their customers. My new sofa covers now fit really well and I am so pleased with them. I would definitely recommend this company and is a cheaper alternative than having to buy brand new sofas so a really great idea. Thanks Comfort Works (in particular Chuck from the customer services team)!”

“The cover is ok, but after 2 months I get an invoice from TNT about extra custom charges!!! Why didn't they tell me this before! I was not aware that they are shipping from China, so please add an extra $50 if you are ordering something there!!”

“I finally fitted the covers to my sofa and I'm very happy with the fit as well as the quality of the material and workmanship.. Very happy with how they let me know the status of my order every step of the way. I must say though, the color is a bit darker than I expected. Not terrible but a minor disappointment. Overall very happy.”

“Our new covers for 2 Karlstad Ikea Couches and a chair arrived sooner than expected, and we have straight away fitted them and they are perfect. Fabric and the workmanship is excellent so that they all fitted like a glove. Now we have a very nice new suite .I would have no hesitation in recommending Comfort Works as they are very professional, have provided regular updates and generally very helpful. “I have had a very bad experience with Comfort Works. After waiting 6 wks for my sample pack order, it has now taken over 18 emails and chats, 4 times measuring sofas 10+ ways- submitting my payment- and now the customer service rep (they will only let me talk with one- if that person is not available- everyone else you contact says you must wait for the other person to email back) just contacted me asking if I wanted to place an order or if I ordered from someone else, if I could provide feedback on the experience? She processed my transaction for $1328 on 1.27. She doesn't even acknowledge that she placed my order 10 days ago. I suggest saving your time and energy and finding another company. Comfort Works, here is my feedback for you: be very upfront with the full custom ordering process- put all the measuring documents on your website, allow any customer service agent to help a customer, and send your sample packs with the same shipping priority as the covers.”

“Muy buena página web, telas básicas y de buen gusto, excelente servicio al cliente. La funda ha quedado estupenda y eso que escogí de las telas más económicas. También han cumplido plazo y me han mandado muestras gratis con todos los detalles necesarios en las etiquetas. Lo recomiendo!”
