“What you have is a great concept and thanks to you I didn't have to buy a new couch to give my interior a different look. Every part of the process went well from the purchase to the delivery and the slip cover fits amazingly well. The material is of great quality and was easy to put on”

“The product and the service are both excellent!! I ordered replacement sofa cover for my Stockholm Ikea sofa + armrest protectors (cat...) in denim heavy duty fabric. The cover arrived very quickly, was super easy to put on and my "new" sofa looks and feels great. I'm super happy with the result :) I made a mistake in the address when placing the order, so I contacted Comfort Works and they quickly responded and fixed my typo. Highly recommend!!!”

“Absolutely amazing quality, service and speed of delivery. I ordered a heavy duty grey patterned fabric for my sofa and chaise. It was hard to choose from the huge range of fabrics and patterns on offer. The order came very quickly, packaged in a beautiful bag and thank you note from Rachel. The lounge covers were extremely well made, lined (!) and fitted my 15+ year old Mysinge Ikea lounges perfectly. Dare I say it, but the quality was better than the covers that came with our original lounges from Ikea Rhodes. I was actually considering giving our lounges away because the original covers were faded, frayed and looking very tired. My husband suggested recovering them and after a quick internet search, I was sold on the covers available from Comfort Works. A very good decision. Highly recommended and will definitely purchase from them when I need to update my covers in the future.”

“I have had my covers for at least 3-4 years. They are almost perfect!!! Unfortunately, the bi cast leather started cracking and splitting. Even though my warranty is over, comfort works are replacing them at 50 percent! I am very impressed and pleased with this excellent service!!! Cheers, Patti”

“My overall experience with Comfort Works has been positive. I had two Ikea sofa's that I liked but didn't love the fabric and was really happy to discover a company that had thought if this and provided replacement covers specifically for Ikea sofas! They have a great variety of fabrics that are of better quality and style than the original fabrics offered by Ikea. When they arrived however I was not 100% happy with the fit so I communicated this to the Comfort Works Team they then resent me new covers to the measurements I requested incredibly quickly at no extra cost. The customer service has been absolutely brilliant and because I'm based in the UK and the company are based in Australia this brilliant and punctual communication is so important. They are a company you can trust and rely on and they seem to really care about their customers. My new sofa covers now fit really well and I am so pleased with them. I would definitely recommend this company and is a cheaper alternative than having to buy brand new sofas so a really great idea. Thanks Comfort Works (in particular Chuck from the customer services team)!”
