“Comfort Works customer service is the best, so informative and patient with all of ourquestions and sending multiple fabric samples. We were really happy with the quality of the cover, labels for each section and the ease of putting it on. The only thing we wish it had were fabric pull tabs for the sofa bed section. Otherwise we are very happy with our choice and our sofa has a new life!”

“We are thrilled with our purchase for our replacement couch and armchair covers from comfort works! We love the denim color and the quality of the fabric is excellent. They also have extremely fast shipping. Once shipped, it only takes 2-3 days to arrive. For our order, we received it weeks sooner than we expected. Lastly, the customer service at comfort works is pristine! Their response rate is immediate and they will ensure everything is to your satisfaction. “You have a wonderful service, very quick and personable answering to all my questions. You helped me professional concerning the decision which color and fabrics would fit best to our couch. The packaging even was personal :-) and real good. The delivery worked very fine. Thanks a lot!”

“My order arrived way before I expected it to and the cover was just what I was looking for. It arrived before Christmas and I was delighted with the gift of a Christmas stocking and the card that we’re in the parcel. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Comfort Works to anyone looking for a replacement Ikea sofa cover.”

“Delivery was great! Arrived sooner than expected. As for the product itself, I ordered covers for my NILS armchairs from IKEA. The covers from Ikea come only in 2 colors and they are a nightmare to put on!!!!! I was worried about the covers I order from Comfort works but they are brilliant!!!! So, far they went on without me having to break my fingers and the fabric seems durable but that is only after a week of using them. Hope they last since they were pretty expensive. However, as of now I am very happy with my order and can't decide which design/color to order next!”
