“The process was so streamlined and customer service was amazing. I inquired via the website about getting a custom order as I was changing my old Ektorp with chaise to a sofa without the chaise (my dog chewed that section). I was going to trash the whole thing as it was old anyway, but instead opted to create a new cushion and order a new cover from Comfort Works. Jun was amazing via email, talking me through the process, double checking measurements to make sure everything was correct. I chose the claw proof rose velvet and it is so comfy and gorgeous! I’m so happy!”

“I am extremely pleased with the slipcovers and friendly service I received. My Ikea Hagalund sofa bed and Ektorp ottoman look like new! The weave, look, and feel of the textured weave fabric is high quality, and the khaki color is perfect. I was very impressed with the superior craftsmanship. I wrestled with the sofa bed cover for some time because of the snug fit, but it was worth it the effort! Even my daughter said it's hard to believe they are slipcovers. I have one more Ikea Ektorp chair and ottoman to recover. I will definitely be back...I just ordered fabric samples!”

“When we received the cover for our Finnala sofa, one of the pieces was too short. Sulaica and her team worked with me to correct the measurement and sent me a new piece. The process took some time but when all was said and done, the cover now fits and looks very nice. Thanks Sulaica!”

“I feel like I have a brand new couch now. My Crate and Barrel couch is 10 years old and I was getting ready to replace it all together but I found the Comfort Works site and went with a new cover instead - I definitely made the right decision. It looks and feels brand new and completely modernizes my living room. I was worried that going the cover route would mean you’d see loose fabric and people would be able to tell you just slapped some material on top of your old couch, but it fits perfectly and looks like it was made this way to begin with. I couldn’t be happier!”

“I had an excellent experience purchasing a new slipcover for my Rowe Nantucket Sofa. I ordered some sample fabrics which were shipped out to me very quickly. Once I decided on a fabric, I placed the order and received a nicely packaged slipcover within just a few weeks. The quality was excellent. Not one stray thread anywhere! The slipcover is slightly bigger than my old one -- and that could be to account for shrinkage during wash -- or could be that my sofa is so old that the cushions have been flattened -- but nothing that I can't live with. I am so glad I did this. I had considered throwing away the sofa, but now I have a new updated sofa!”

“While the CS agent was very polite, the company's return policy is shady and they kept continuing to ask me for more money during the customer service process instead of actually trying to resolve my issue. They wouldn't let me return or exchange covers that did not fit even though that's their policy and kept offering solutions that just did not work. Mismatching colors and/or styles.”

“Excellent! I wanted to dress up our two pottery barn slip cover chairs and also change the color scheme for our space. I ordered samples first which I highly recommend. I went with the textured weave willow, beautiful hue of green, its heavy duty and holds up to high traffic use and repeated washings. I went for the minimal cover verses the original which has more fabric around the bottom. With less fabric the chairs look smaller and sleek, a better scale for our space. The fit is a little on the baggie side because our chairs are 8 years old (everybody's favorite chair to sit on). I'd rather they be baggie than too fitted, I'm very pleased with them our space looks fabulous. My husband said it looks like a different house in a good way. My experience with Comfort works: easy and great communication, always updated me with my order, quality of fabric and workmanship definitely met my standards, excellent packaging and shipping, and I would highly recommend comfort works for your project.”

“I purchased the ikea kivik slip covers, and I can tell you with full confidence, do not buy from this company, you will be scammed with your money, you will not get what you think you're getting, they promise an original fit similar to the ikea covers but what I got was at least 2 to 4 inches looser and just looked horrible on my couch SCAM!!! do not buy”

“I was very impressed with entire process at comfort works and the quality of the covers is top notch; better than my original Ikea fabric. I opted for rhe velvet fabric with the added piping. So happy I made this investment, thanks Comfort Works!”
