“Slipcovers are lovely and made my years old IKEA couch look like new! I have yet to wash them so will add info once I do - the main attraction was being able to put them in the washing machine since I have a toddler. I love the orange color we ordered. Very high quality product.”

“The cover is great! We were thinking about buying another one for an another Ikea chair because this company is a excellent and affordable service that gives a second life to the furnitures.Great customer service also! We ordered some samples with the cover (for the other chair) and somebody contacted us right away to make sure everything was okay and if ordering the first cover was not in fact an error! Would recommend again!”

“They don't honor their return policy and sometimes their covers don't fit right. I would avoid the items with the trim because it just won't fit your sofa correctly and they won't exchange or refund you if it looks bad. Also, their images on their website do not accurately reflect the look of the sofa. The customer service policy has been a horrible experience. Literally, the worst I've ever experienced. Not the CS agent's fault as she's just doing her job.”

Hey Jonathan! We're bummed about not being able to help you resolve the issues you had with your slipcovers. Yes, we can't accept returns or exchanges due to the covers being made-to-order based on your style plus fabric combination, hence our approach to offering the replacements instead (which we had attempted to do so). We totally understand if you're still unhappy about this, but we'd like to keep the options (to fix your slipcovers) that were previously discussed with our customer experience agent open. “Arrived quickly. Well put together - attention to detail. I found it lighter fabric than expected and did not appear the same color as on the website. I ultimately wish I had cancelled the order in the 24 hour window but could find now way of doing that on the website (although it was mentioned in the confirmation). With the cost associated with the return I think I’ll live with the cover for now.”

Hey Jesse! Bummed to hear that the fabric you got didn't quite meet your expectations. We do recommend our customers order some fabric samples first before buying the actual covers so that they can nip these types of colour and texture issues in the bud. Unfortunately, different devices and screens display colours differently, so having the physical fabric sample in person would be the best way to ensure what you see is what you would eventually get. “I have a pottery barn couch and had been holding off ordering a new slipcover as the costs started at $1,000 and went up. I found Comfort Works through a google search and decided to order a new slipcover for my couch through them. I received it in less than 2 weeks and absolutely LOVE it! The packaging was beautiful and the fabric is so nice and it is very well made. I am planning on ordering another slipcover in the coming months. Absolutely recommend Comfort Works! Great quality and affordable.”

“We ordered the cushion covers for the Muji living dining sofa chairs and could not be more disappointed. The covers do not even fit the cushions...the fabric feels cheap and the colour does not match what is advertised on the website. We have requested a refund and will not be making any future purchases from this site.”

“Wow Wow Wow! I love these covers! I got the brushed cotton in white for my Crate and Barrel Willow queen-size sleeper sofa and they're amazing! They were saggy the first time I put them on, but after washing and drying them, they fit perfectly! They are better and much softer than the original C & B covers and for a cheaper price! The C&B wait time was 26 weeks for new covers and Comfort Works delivered in less than 3! These are amazing and I will recommend Comfort Works to everyone! Customer Service is super helpful and informative too!”
