“My experience with Comfort Works was excellent from start to finish! I wanted to get a new cover for the two pieces of an IKEA Kivik sofa I bought several years ago. Unfortunately, I learned that IKEA had discontinued the one-seater part of the sofa. I had to start an Internet search for someone or some company that could make cushion covers for these pieces and I came across Comfort Works website. The numbers of positive reviews led me to investigate further. I was immediately impressed with how "user-friendly" the website was. The site is itself is so crisp and clean, well laid out and clearly spells out everything you would need to know from A to Z to make a purchase. (My compliments to the Comfort Works Web Designer!) Happily, they did make covers for my Kivik one-seater. I ordered some sample swatches based on the information given regarding the weight and durability of the fabric and especially whether the fabric was child or pet friendly. I was able to make an informed decision and went back to the site to order my covers. I did a have few questions and when I emailed, received a prompt and friendly response. Very shortly after ordering I was informed that my order was being processed and almost right after that I had an email telling me that my covers were shipped. It seemed that the covers were at my door two days later! I was amazed! I was a Patternmaker in the Garment Industry in New York City for years so I know about patterns, fabric, fit and construction. Just taking the covers out of the bag, I was immediately impressed with the construction of the covers. The seam stitching and the setting of the zippers are perfect. It is evident that the fabric was cut and sewn with care. The grain line on the fabric that I chose is very noticeable and I was concerned that if the grain line was not straight on the pieces, especially the long chase cushion) then it would ruin the look of the whole couch. Well, I shouldn't have worried. It was all perfect.This was all before I even put the new covers on the sofa! I must say that the different pieces fit like a surgical glove and I was sweating by the time I had finished replacing them all. That's how well they fit. Once again, I was totally impressed. When I was finished I stepped back and took it all in. All I could say was, WOW!!! These new covers are gorgeous and I am so happy that I found Comfort Works. I would and will recommend Comforts to everyone. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. “I'm calling BS. I've tried every way to get in touch about return/exchange, for at least 3 weeks now, except calling, since I don't have international dialing. NO REPLY. The site plainly states to email for instructions. Thing is, I love the materials and quality, but the body if the slipcover doesnt fit. All I want is one that does. Please reply to me!!”

“After 12 years of having the original off-white covers on my IKEA couch and despite diligent cleaning, they were just getting more off-white as time went on. I was so excited to find Comfort Works and found an incredibly affordable option to revitalize my trusty Lillberg. The covers are beautifully made, and even easier to put on than the IKEA originals. The inside tags stating "HELLO, I BELONG ON THE BOTTOM CUSHION!" are really cute (and helpful!). I now have a couch with beautiful, sophisticated black cushions that delights me when I walk into the room. It's like getting new furniture without the hassle of having to assemble it with an Allen wrench. Highly, highly recommended!”

“My puppy had just about ruined my 1 year old FRIHETEN sleeper sofa, with no slip covers available through Ikea. Comfort Works custom slip cover was a perfect solution! Fits the couch very well (and the Kino oatmeal is a very close match to the couch's original beige). Love that it is also machine washable so I can clean it when the puppy inevitably makes a mess again. Helping me to extend this couch's life for sure! Was a little tough to get on initially (some instructions would be great), but once I figured it out, it fit great. Definitely recommend.”

“We took a chance and ordered new covers for our two PB sofas. The communication was excellent and the covers look terrific. We have already had to wash one (dog + kids) and it washed beautifully. Now I have plans to finally splurge for a second set.”

“This is kind of late but you popped up. I ordered arm covers for two sofas that our cats scratched. Perfect fit and great customer service. Almost unbelievable really. Companies should take lessons from you as to how to treat their customers and make a product that works. Thank you, Catherine gill Ps: our cats started to attack other parts of our couches and so we bought a used one that was smooth so they can't claw it. If i need to replace the covers i will contact you.”

“I ordered a cover for my moheda sofa couch, and I absolutely love it! The customer service was excellent, and it arrived ahead of when I expected. It was easy to put on all by myself, and it's transformed my living room. The quality of their Madison fabric is outstanding - I can't recommend them enough!”

“Service was great however a bit pricy and it was difficult to find the correct matching fabric and color. Now we have bit different colour and a different fabric. It looked like a match on-line though. It works great however not looking that nice.”

Hi Stefan, we're sorry that the covers didn't turn out as you'd had in mind. The images of samples on our site can vary from the actual batch of fabric. We do encourage our users to get physical samples of the fabric so that they would be able to experience the color, texture and feel of the fabric before actually getting the covers made. :)

“Bought a sofa bed cover and footstool cover from Comfort Works. Quality looks great! I ordered them in December of 2017 and just recently (June 2018) put them on my furnitures. Had a problem with my footstool cover - unable to fit on my furniture properly. So, I emailed them right away with my concern and was able to hear from them right away (within the same day)! I exchanged emails with them regarding the issue - I have to say, their customer service is the BEST! (Thanks Chuck!!!) They were so very easy to talk to! The made sure my footstool cover was being replaced (at no cost) right away! Considering our distances, they were pretty fast! Got my new cover 3 weeks later! I'm so glad they took care of me well. I would be happy to purchase again in the future and would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thanks very much again Comfort Works!”
