“Service super, Preis / Leistung super, Qualität, Verarbeitung und Farbe super, Bezüge passen perfekt. Besonders toll ist die Möglichkeit, für das Kramfors Ledermodell passende Bezüge nur für die Sitzflächen bestellen zu können, das geht bei anderen Anbietern nicht. Die Lieferzeit von ca 6 Wochen ist verschmerzbar bei diesem Produkt, Zollabwicklung wurde mit Vorleistung durch den Paketlieferservice erledigt, ich musste nichts tun. Wenn es soweit ist, werde ich wieder bestellen. Mein altes Sofa schaut jetzt wieder richtig gut aus.”

“Friendly people, great communication, and follow up. Slips are better quality than I expected. I was going to buy a new couch, but now I don't need to! Saved my back--it would have been a real backbreaker to move the couches up and down the stairs.”

“I ordered a brown "leather" cover for my Ikea Poang. The process from order to deliver took about 6 weeks (as they originally estimated), and they kept me updated throughout. In the end FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address (entirely FedEx's fault), and Comfort Works' customer service was very helpful in getting it resolved, even though it wasn't their fault. The product is great, and is seems very well made. It instantly improved the chair. Highly recommended!”

“After about 8 emails going back and forth, we were able to get the correct dimensions of our couch to Comfort Works. I mention the emails because the attention to detail is very clear. They wanted to make sure that we received the correct size. When our covers arrived we were concerned that they might be wrong, after all we kept sending measurements and we doubted our own skills with a tape measure. The covers arrived and they fit perfectly. I hate the color but I picked the color. The fabric is a change from our existing fabric but again, this is what we chose. Overall, this was a good experience and their customer service was beyond excellent. My choice in color was horrific so now I have to figure out if I should order new couch covers or buy a lot of nice pillows.”

Thank you, Mark! The lead times would definitely be improved as soon as the team is able to catch up with the backlog accumulated during the Lunar New Year break. As for custom orders, the team in charge is currently very small, and orders have been through the roof. “Excellent service - Friendly, responsive and prompt. Fabric was high quality and beautiful and the slip covers fit like a glove. All this at 1/2 the price of pottery barn. I could bot be happier and plan to order more.”

“It’s ok. Cheap materials, weird plastic feel, and doesn’t fit the whole Kivik arm, but it’s something. Ultimately, that’s better than nothing.”

Hi Kidvictorious! Thank you for your feedback! We took a look at your order and it seems you've purchased a set of armrest protectors, which are made to slip on and off easily, so they are intended to only cover part of the armrest instead of the whole arm. As for the fabric, we're sorry that it didn't meet your expectations when you got the covers, but we do recommend all our customers to order some fabric samples first before deciding on the fabric for their covers. We do have quite a lot to choose from, including velvets and our thicker Madison cotton range, so one of them might have been better suited for your needs. -Melvyn from Comfort Works-

“Not a quick fix but a great fix. I own a discontinued Ikea couch that started literally tearing apart but I loved the couch and it fit perfectly in my space. I am always skeptical ordering products from overseas because I just don’t know how other countries regulate their businesses and it’s hard to know what’s a scam or not. These are 100% real which I assumed was too good to be true since literally nowhere else could help me. The slip covers are great quality, heavy durable fabric, well sewn (my roommate is a seamstress), and fit relatively well. I’ve owned the couch for 3+ years so the foam has been deformed which is probably the cause of one of the slip covers not fitting quite perfect but I expected that. Could probably dry lean the cushions to help them fluff back up. Either way great product just takes some time to make and ship (about 6 weeks) so plan accordingly if you are needing a quick fix. They also send fabric samples which is super helpful if you don’t know what you want. Be warned those also take weeks to get. In total between samples and final order I think it was about 11 weeks but well worth it for a brand new couch.”

Thank you for the kind words, Jonathan! We're thrilled that we have saved your Ekebol, as is our main objective :). While the wear and tear of the cushions do play a part in the cushions losing their 'puffiness', this may be fixed by refluffing the cushions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMOSmuo_OjU. Please refrain from dry-cleaning the slipcovers as this could shrink the slipcovers even more than expected. In fact, the Performance Blend fabrics are coated with nano-coating that give it the liquid-repellent nature so you wouldn't even need to machine-wash the slipcovers often. If you do wash it, please do so in cold wash settings (below 30 degrees celcius) and drip dry the slipcovers in shade. You may also refer to the fabric swatches' back labels that have the care instructions. Thank you.

“Excellent quality, wonderful customer service, worth every penny. Our couch went from being a hideous, cat claw wreck, to a beautiful "good as new" velvet wonder. Highly recommend the performance velvet for any cat owners, it truly keeps cat claws from digging in. Thank you Comfort Works!”

“I just received my Comfort Works slipcover. I’m so happy with my choice! The workmanship is wonderful and fits my chair nicely. There is one little piece of material that hangs down underneath but otherwise it fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend this affordable update to a piece of furniture!”
