“Initially, I was hesitant about the high cost, but it turned out to be worth every penny. The cover I received is made of an incredibly strong but soft fabric (I went with the claw-proof velvet; my cat loves sleeping on it and it has held up great against her scratching so far), has very sturdy seams, and it fits even better than the cover that actually came with my couch. It's like I have a brand new couch now.”

“I was so disappointed in how quickly worn (and destroyed by pets) my Article sofa was, but I loved the clean contemporary look. These slipcovers are amazing, fit perfectly, and are even better quality than the original. I won't know for a while if they stand up to the "claw proof" promise but I'm impressed.”

“Bin total begeistert. Superschnelle Bearbeitung und Lieferung. Ganz, ganz netter und schneller Kontakt zum Kundenservice, wenn es um Fragen rund um die Bestellung geht. Qualität und Preis stimmt. Rückerstattung der Zollgebühren sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Werde immer wieder und nur hier bestellen, wenn es um Möbelstoffe und Überzug geht.”

“Je viens de recevoir mes housses pour mon canapé manstaad ikea couleur vert/taupe d origie pas tout jeune mais en très bon état donc hors des question de jeter. Depuis longtemps je voulais changer la couleur pour du gris car j ai changé ma déco il y a qq annes, et j ai longtemps hésité à commande chez comfort works à cause du prix. Je me suis lance en janvier j ai opté pour un gris plutôt foncé car moins salissant et résistant car j ai 2 chats ! Mais il y avait d autres tissus plus clair plus doux etc mais avec mes 2 félins je le sentais moyen ! J'ai reçu mes housses semaines dernière très bien emballée, fait un petit lavage rapide avec un parfum adoucissant et installé de suite : le résultat est bluffant ! Le service client au top il répondent très rapidement et envoient les échantillons de tissus sur demande. Merci confort works !”

“My slipcover for an Ikea Chair and Ottoman is a great a fit and the color and fabric are exactly like the swatch promised. It came beautifully packaged and was quite easy to put on - with a little muscle required to get the cushion covers on which make them fit nice and snug. Customer service was great throughout the process - ordering, status updates, ship notifications and follow up once arrived. Would definitely use again.”

“The slip covers we ordered, which were labelled "snug" and were for a standard Ikea couch style, came extremely baggy, in one case with over an inch and a half of slack. Reporting the issue to Comfort Works has led to an increasingly frustrating chain of more and more information they ask from us in email after email, when all of it could easily have been asked up front. It feels like an attempt to either frustrate us out of responding, or pushing it past the return window, either way a slimy way of getting out of offering a refund for a product that was effectively defective. We will never be ordering from Comfort Works again.”
