“The process was so easy and customer service kept us updated the entire time on the process. For a made to order item the time it took was very reasonable. There were no issues with shipping. The item itself is beautiful and fits like a glove! We feel like we have a brand new couch and are so happy.”

“I ordered a slip cover for an Ikea Friheten couch - I ordered the fabric samples first to get an idea of choice, and then also took the suggestion of spilling stuff on the samples and seeing what washed out the best. The customer service is good, the process was smooth sailing, and I am very happy with the result (and marks clean off it really easy, much easier than the original cover)! Highly recommend.”

“I LOVE my chair covers! They arrived earlier than expected and I was not atall disappointed with the colour or quality. They really made me smile, particularly when I saw the Hello labels inside telling me which bit belonged where 😊. My covers have made two very old little armchairs look like new and complement my new kitchen perfectly. Thank you Comfort Works! As soon as I can afford it, I will be ordering another set of covers in a different colour.”

“Happy with our revitalised couches - thanks! Went for charcoal canvas that looks great in the room and I love the aspect of recovering and not replacing the couches. I was a bit nervous as there was a lot of back and forth getting measurements right but Comfort Works were always quick and personable in response. Covers fit perfectly but the slip covers took a bit of getting on, and a zip (mentioned in another review might be a good idea) All in all very happy. Would recommend.”

“I am bummed that after several emails back and forth with a customer service representative at the time of putting in my order, stating that I specifically wanted plain seams with no piping on my $1500 slip covers that they were made *with* piping. It was confirmed prior to my order being processed that there would be no piping...Every edge of the couch has piping. I did email the company upon receiving my slip covers a few days ago but have not heard back. The slip covers fit pretty well, so that’s good. However, it’s not what I wanted, and not what I ordered, and not a style I would have paid for.”

“The new covers for our couch arrived as expected, and it's like having a new couch! Fit is perfect, feel is great, and the color (a darker blue) is a great match for our room. Something to add to the color lineup in the future might be a darker green?”
