“ComfortBilt , Sales, Tech. Support, and Billing performed in a very professional manner in the purchase of my HP 40 pellet stove. Tech. Support was exceptional in helping me get my stove up and running. One small problem that showed itself in late spring was believed by me to come back in fall when temperatures would get lower. Chuck in Tech. Support assured me that if it did ComfortBilt would resolve it. It did and they did. ComfortBilt went to work and I am happy as a Clam. In my estimation, "buy from ComfortBilt" and you'll know you made the right choice.”

“The stove works great and is attractive. The maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. In the past, I had a Heatilator Stove that was easy to maintain. This stove requires tools and gaskets to clean it periodically. The gaskets tear and are difficult to install on the exhaust blower. The wing screws should have been studs with wing nuts to make it a little easier to align the new gasket. Also, there are no pre punched holes in the blower gasket and you have to remove the fan to replace the gasket as it is not just a gasket around the lip. My old stove took no special tool and I had to remove clunkers every other day or so. This stove seems to not have clunkers but instead fills the exhaust pipe with ash that is horizontal going out through my wall. (dangerous). The appearance of this stove is great but the maintenance is a real pain and time-consuming. I would not buy this tove again due to the maintenance required to keep it clean.”

“Installed 50S pellet stove Friday, October 6th, the stove performed perfectly. Going back up to cabin next week going to test out different operational modes to see what's best for our cabin. Very excited hoping temperatures in Northcentral Pa. dips down to see what this pellet stove can do.”
