“Haven't had to use it yet. We are waiting for the stainless steel burn pot to get back in stocks. In the past the cast iron pots only last a short time then they start cracking.”

“We are service techs for pellet stoves, Comfortbuilt design layout for servicing and working on stoves are good design, We have serviced Comforbuilt stoves for the last 4-5years with very few problems. Most problems are due to neglect of the person cleaning the stove weekly. A good vac should be used to remove ash. For the price, if you looking to offset the price of oil, propane, and electricity you should look at the Comforbuilt brand. Jim's Hearth Repair LLC jimshearthrepair.com Always recommend professional installation.”

“The best customer service on the planet!!!! I bought my comfort, Bilt pellet stove installed it. Everything was wrong, called the customer service left a message, and within 15 minutes, I received a call back, and the extremely wonderful polite gentleman walked me through every single procedure on how to set up my pellet stove absolute amazing customer service!!!! Once again, had a few problems called back instantly helped solve the problem. You really know your product inside and out. You are an amazing company!!!! Keep up the excellent customer service, and excellent product!!!!”

“Excellent people at Comfortbilt,nice to know that customer care still exists in AMERICA ! They always keep in mind that the customer matters ! My order included an extra igniter , upon my Alpine stove arriving I noticed the control panel was scratched even with a protective plastic piece on it--I complained and to my surprise a new control panel was going to be sent to me . I can say that in todays world it is refreshing to know that "down to earth" caring people still exist !! The hopper switch was broken upon arrival as well as a baffle had dropped,they sent the new switch out fast !”
