“We purchased a HP21 and installed it following supplied instructions. Well within 12 hours of use the glass exploded and we were very luck it did not cause more injuries then it did.”

“I simply placed an order and it was shipped to me right away. I appreciate the simplicity of making an order. I have not needed to use my order yet as my old burn pot is still suffucient. Consequently I haven't even opened the package yet.”

“I do have a couple items to mention , I find a large amount of pellets are still in the hopper when the stove shuts down for low fuel. The remote has difficulty in signaling for unit to stop. The stove does a great job heating the house”

“I bought this unit to reduce my reliance on expensive resistive electric heating. So far so good. While this thing is running I have absolutely no need to run other heat sources. Its built like a tank, easy to use and installed in an afternoon. My first few uses produced a lot of fumes from paint/manufacturing. I would recommend the first burn be outdoors or in a well ventilated space.”

“Very disappointed with this product. The unit is only 2 years old. Ignitors fail, Power was dieing and i was unable to get any diagnostic. Founf a defective power switch. Now after sitting dourmant all summer the unit needs a high temp sensor. Not a fan of all the repairs”

“Purchased my comfort built about a year and a half ago. Already have had to replace the power switch. Also the burn pit I’ve already noticed some cracks on it. What have expected it to last 5 to 10 years before having these kind of problems. Not happy!”
