“The customer support is tops! Replaced the upper and lower auger bearings along with door gasket. Fixed the grinding sound which was unnerving. Thanks Comfortbilt!”

“My Comfortbilt HP22 is an attractive well built unit. The main defect is with ignition which is not reliable. I have purchased the new stainless steel firepot which may help cure this defect. The second is the digital controls are too complicates and not intuitive. Lastly when you move the control unit to the side it conflicts with the side access door when it opens.”

“I bought an HP61 stove with the piping kit. I had to order more piping because there wasn't enough in the kit. Make sure you measure before your order piping because piping cannot be returned. I have the black piping which can be a little tricky to work with. You definitley need 2 people to lock the pipes together. The stove works as described. It heats the house really well. Easy start up process. I did have one problem. I had a pellet stove previously and know when and how to thoroghly clean it out. The screws that hold the side heat shields are tricky to remove in order to clean the ash behind them. One of the screws stripped in the process of removing it. I somehow was able to maneuver the one heat shield out and get it back in. Will have to replace that screw at some point.”

“My recent purchase of an HSR-21 Stove thru Lowes went very well. We love the stove. Meanwhile we misplaced the Remote and bought 2 replacements direct from Comfort Bilt. They were on sale and included Free Shipping. Always a nice touch. They arrived in less than a week and worker perfectly. A very good buying experience.”

“Have had several pellet stoves in my time. The hp22 started off good til it started making noise in the auger motor. Sent an email and they said that it was dust from the pellets. Never had a problem before with the other stoves. They gave me trouble shooting techniques to do . And to buy one of the washers they sold . It’s a new stove and now I’m buying parts to fix it! Now the noise is unbearable! Ready to bring it back to Home Depot.”

“We love our comfortbuilt HP pellet stove . There is a couple things that bothers me a little bit, I had a terrible time finding someone to install my new stove and for some reason I can still smell smoke when I first fire my stove up. After the smoke is gone inside of the chamber I don't smell it anymore but when I first light it I can smell smoke. Otherwise I love our comfortbuilt HP pellet stove.”

“This company excels in customer service. We have had the stove for almost 7 years and this is our second burn pot replacement. It arrived very quickly Both times. Their customer service is beyond. It seems these days nobody cares about Customer Service anymore but anytime we’ve ever called these people or needed them for help or instruction they’ve been Johnny on the spot.”

“I have a hp22n nothing but bad heating elements 8total still problem new brain. New advanced element woks go a week then stops. I have left a message about buying a new one ask on recording for some one to call back to one has reached out to me. I am tired of working on this. I don’t know what to do now”
