“This company doesn't care about their customers once they make sale you are on your own and the 30 days return is a lie they do not honor it. They will a bunch run around at the end they will blame your house as why the system is not working. I bought the HP22 it doesn't heat up 2800 sqft and one bag pellet last you just 5 hours. This was the was investment I have made and worse people to deal with.”

“I ordered a replacement mother board for my HP21 that was damaged by lightning. It was a quick and usual pleasant transaction. The board arrived quickly and the install was very easy. But the board wouldn't communicate with the control panel because it was a newer version. When Comfortbilt realized this, they sent me a new control panel that would work with the new board, at no charge. That is customer service!!! All is back up and working like new thanks to the great people at Comfortbilt.”
