Love the stoves, but highly reccommend finding a new freight company and also securing the stoves better at shipment, we ordered 14 stoves and only 6 stoves were ok, one was completely distroyed.

We're very satisfied with our Comfortbiot pellet stove. This will be our 4th season using it. Customer service has always been great when we've had questions and purchasing parts online directly through Comfortbikt has been fast and easy.

Very happy with this company. I had an issue with my pellet stove so I emailed them. I received a response quickly on how to determine the part I needed. Ordered the part and with in days I had it, replaced it and up and running again.

Experienced 1 damaged item, 1 missing item and a shipping issue. Gordon Clay was excellent to work with and got the issues resolved. Appreciated his assistance. Can't review the parts ordered since they were purchased for later use as needed.

i purchased a ho22n pellet stove pn 8-4-24. i have an issue with remote no working. i sent a note to your tech chuck he in turned has sent me 2 new different remotes. no luck.... then he senr a new interface controller. that seemed to be the fix, but only briefly. right now my remote does not operate my pellet stove at all. when i ust the interface control panel it works fine.. any suggestions. other than the remote i do love the stove

No response for a month. Telephone receptionist sent me the part. Tyler in the service dep't. was helpful today. Stove is up and running. 5 Star to Tyler!

Full specification on each stove would be helpful. Better selection of pipe would be nice.

Customer service and support for the Comfortbilt pellet stoves is second to none. For this reason alone I wouldn't hesitate to by another Comfortbilt. Thank you for being responsive to my issues.

I bought an electronic part from comfort built. It didn't fix the issue. I called and explained what was going on. They said it was a part that was way cheaper. I ordered it AND they let refund the electronic part. my pellet stove works great!
