“Love the stoves, but highly reccommend finding a new freight company and also securing the stoves better at shipment, we ordered 14 stoves and only 6 stoves were ok, one was completely distroyed.”

“Very happy with this company. I had an issue with my pellet stove so I emailed them. I received a response quickly on how to determine the part I needed. Ordered the part and with in days I had it, replaced it and up and running again.”

“i purchased a ho22n pellet stove pn 8-4-24. i have an issue with remote no working. i sent a note to your tech chuck he in turned has sent me 2 new different remotes. no luck.... then he senr a new interface controller. that seemed to be the fix, but only briefly. right now my remote does not operate my pellet stove at all. when i ust the interface control panel it works fine.. any suggestions. other than the remote i do love the stove”

“I bought an electronic part from comfort built. It didn't fix the issue. I called and explained what was going on. They said it was a part that was way cheaper. I ordered it AND they let refund the electronic part. my pellet stove works great!”
