“I needed to replace an igniter. The order was processed very quickly and the representative was knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure conducting the transaction. I would give 5 * rating (which I seldom do) however, the original design of the igniter needed more thought before being put into production. The replacement part seems to be superior in many aspects. Time will tell.”

His knowledge of the product always made me feel confident in his advice to improve the efficiency of my stove. His patience in walking me through the setup of my unit made me feel secure in making adjustments to my unit. He is a true asset to the company”

“I appreciate comfort built has created video's that cover almost any issues you may find. I have also called customer support in the past and they also have been pleasure to talk with. These are two very important aspects of why I would not hesitate to recommend their products. When its freezing outside and your pellet stove has an issue, I can rely on Comfortbilt to help me resolve the issue fast.”

“It works as well as the original one did. After the initial one had cracked. I was hoping to replace it with a stainless steel one , but they were on back order.”

“I'm amazed at how fast the fire starts and the heat starts to come out. Also, the heat stays around after turning off the machine, I feel I'm saving on the pellets. I would love to see the ability to control the machine via my phone/app. I feel you can make it happen.”

“Pellet stove arrived excellent shape had a problem with the exhaust fan came apart called customer service and showed them pictures and they sent a new one out right away the pellet stove works great very happy with it and there customer service”

“This is year 3 or 4 on our HP22. Love it. Almost to easy. Well built. Very user friendly. And adjustable to your pellets. Although consistent pellets are scarce. We are heating 1700 sq ft. And it’s plenty big. Would do 2000 plus sq ft easily I use aprox a bag a day all winter Definitely recommend. Great customer service. Walk you through it”

“Quality built replacement parts (auger motor) were easily and readily available. Although the part I had to replace was nearly impossible to access, YouTube was a great help. I am happy with the product and also happy that comfort bilt stands behind its product.”
