When I called , I should’ve talked with Glenn, whoever I talk to, to order the parts that I needed was a blower, and a gasket for my door, I thought it was a little pricey, send me the wrong room, Blower for my comfort, Bilt 22, I had one of the first models and that’s what I told him , tried to call, left a message, no one called me back

Bought 2 stoves 2 years ago. After some problems with a room fan I reached out to comfortbilt and was then informed they did not make the stove or service it anymore due to ongoing problems. They then gave me full credit for the stoves to purchase new stoves or the option for a full refund. Definitely a company that stands by their product. I appreciate their quick response and the customer service experience. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I've owned and operated this pellet stove for over three years. Not one ounce of trouble. My contact with Comfortbilt for spares to have on hand has been flawless. On of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

Had issues with the heater and didn't know the problem. I called in and a service tech was able to walk me through trouble shooting until we found a solution, and then told me how to make it operable till the new part arrived. Very easy.

Not happy with the stove its on its 3rd ignitor and now the burn pot has several cracks in it its only our 2nd year with the stove

I am 70 years old and enjoy sitting by a fire during our Oregon winters. It's more than a matter of heat. I am a writer and have found that some of my best work is done next to a stove with my dog, Yogi. In other words, the stove serves an important role in my life. When I experienced problems with the switch going out, I was sent replacement parts free with next-day delivery. The problem, however, did not go away. Tyler, the tech support person who helped me, finally said he would have somebody get back to me. That same day, I got a call from THE OWNER, Glenn, who spent a half-hour listening--truly listening--to my concerns. He surmised that, even though the warranty had expired a month earlier, the fair thing to do was to replace the stove at no cost. I was shocked by his honesty and integrity, which is a sad commentary because those qualities are so lacking in everyday manufacturer/consumer relationships. I'm grateful for a warm stove. So is Yogi. Thank you.

Comfortbilt is the best in pellet stoves that I have used. They are so easy to operate. Does almost everything on its own except the dishes! The staff at Comfortbilt go above & beyond to provide great service.

I couldn't figure out why I was burning out the burnpots on my HP50. My stove settings were wrong and Jonathon recognized my issue and sent me the correct settings and now the burnpot is lasting like it is supposed to!!! Thank you

I bought another brand of stove 2 years ago and it just wasn't doing what we needed. I did a lot of research and keep coming back to Comfortbilt. Buying and shipping to start went couldn't have been any better, came right on time. Installing this stove was very easy. The stove itself is the top of the line. The fan is quiet and blows out a lot of air. The control unit is very easy to work. I added an external thermostat and the piece that I hooked up also came from Comfortbilt and it also works great.
