“When I purchased this pellet stove I asked about the warranty on the unit and I was told that parts and labor were covered for the first year however I was not told that your company did not have technicians near me. I believe that I should have been told that labor for repairs was not always available. The only thing I can mention positive about your company is that parts are sent expeditiously. Additionally I have owned this unit for 3 years and it has broke down at least 5 times. In fact the unit broke down almost immediately after just a few uses! It’s very difficult as a retired disabled veteran to install parts on my stove. I have to reach out to friends and family members to come do the repairs that I can’t do. Because I have no faith in your product I purchased an extended warranty which I have had to use. I have mentioned my disappointment several times to the persons whom I’ve dealt with when troubleshooting or ordering parts and to date have not had one person from your company reach out to me. This says a lot to me about how this company treats a customer who paid $1700+ for this stove! I cannot in good conscience recommend your company to anyone.”

“Install was fairly easy. It’s nice that installation docs are on the website so you can review them and have everything ready. Shipment crate was a bit damaged but there was no damage to the actual stove. The stove lit off perfectly the first time after it was primed. I’ve used it about 3 months now to heat my garage in the winter. This heats up an insulated 24x24 garage pretty quickly and maintains comfortable temp on the lowest setting the only thing that doesn’t work is the built in room temp sensor. After several prodding emails they did send a replacement thermocouple. I have replaced it yet though because once it’s warm enough I know to just lower the setting down to 1. So far there hasn’t been any other issues with functionality. Fairly cheap way to add a good heat source. Regular cleaning just takes a minute to vacuum out. If you are heating your house with this you’d probably want a bigger hopper but for my purpose it’s just fine as is. Overall a great purchase with no regrets!”

I couldn't be happier with the stove's performance overall. Ease of use and overall efficiency of this device versus units costing over twice as much is something to brag about. A very well built stove that performs as advertised.”
