I bought another brand of stove 2 years ago and it just wasn't doing what we needed. I did a lot of research and keep coming back to Comfortbilt. Buying and shipping to start went couldn't have been any better, came right on time. Installing this stove was very easy. The stove itself is the top of the line. The fan is quiet and blows out a lot of air. The control unit is very easy to work. I added an external thermostat and the piece that I hooked up also came from Comfortbilt and it also works great.

Great so far. Called Customer service before I purchased the stove. An actual nice and knowledgeable person answered. Wow.

My pellet stove was making noise. The Comfortbilt tech was describing was a auger bearing failure. Parts was delivered.

this pellet stove works very good once you are past the learning curve. It has several quite irritating features, that, I was told, are industry standards. #1. the feed, leaves a very large amount of pellets in the hopper, then shuts off. #2. the pop up button on the 'lid' is a pain. #3. the VERY small opening to fill the hopper. (results in a lot of spillage). #4. My stove arrived with a defective part. replacement part was sent quuickly, however I have not been re-inbursed for the installation fee I had to pay. not happy about that.

The pellet stove has performed less than our expectations. While it's recommended to not run it in ECO mode, we have found that it's necessary to have the stove run more efficiently in this mode. Having it run continuously made the stove run on level 1, which fouled the burn pot quickly. Still, in Eco mode, the stove requires much more maintenance than our Breckwell does. We've also had to replace the control board after just a couple months. On the positive, the heat delivery is excellent and it's much quieter than the Breckwell.

The person I spoke with at Comfortbilt (Clay, I believe), was super helpful. I also received my pellet stove a few days later, via seamless shipping logistics. I abolutely love the stove. If I need to purchase another pellet stove, I will not hestitate to contact Comfortbilt directly. Great company, lovely people. Thank you so so much!

I needed a igniter. Website is easy to navigate. Shipping was fast(next day) totally unexpected! Hope I never have to order a part again but if I do, I know it will get to me quick!.

The pallet your stove was shipped on did not fit the standard sized pallet jack your shipping company had on the truck. The packaging the stove was packed in was top notch. Initial start up & directions were easy to follow. Only complaint is auger bearing failure after 2 skids of pellets. Service was quick to respond via phone call message. Waiting to see quality of replacement parts. Wondering if while in temp mode can a lower value be exchanged for the 61 degrees to say 40 degrees ( to keep pipes from freezing). That would be all the thoughts I wish to share at this time, thanks.
