“I phoned to get a quote for my car insurance for next year, i spoke to a lovely lady "REI" who found the best deal with the same insurance as I already had, she was very polite and patient with me when paying as I am not that good on the mobile phone. Thankyou REI”

“LE-6 called about my car insurance renewal. She was very friendly, professional and not pushy at all. I told her a quote that I had received from a price comparison site and she was able to get my renewal down to virtually the same price which I was happy with and accepted. Completion was easy and felt secure. I would recommend One Call Insurance.”

“I contacted one call via online chat as this was the only way to contact on bank holiday monday. I had been attempting to amend my vehicle registration to assign my private plate. i had attempted to do this via the portal but the charge was incorrect. EW2 looked into this matter for me, however as it was bank holiday monday she was unable to contact my insurer. she said she would deal with it first thing the next day and email me the outcome. true to her word she did this and had emailed me with an update by 9.10am the following day and asked that I contact them to finalise the details.”

“Leanne Warren LE6 dealt with my renewal today. As I wanted to add my son in law to my policy and didn't have his details Leanne very kindly offered to phone me back at my convenience. Leanne was very helpful and explained everything very clearly without pressurising. She found me a very competitive price that I was pleased with which meant I stay insured with Onecall.”
