“KS8 was friendly, efficient and professional. Did her job of trying to keep the business with you but on this occasion there was no business simply don’t have the vehicle any more. Couldn’t have asked for more from her, a good job well done. If I were her boss I’d supply chocolate on a daily basis as a bare minimum”
