“AR2 was fantastic with me on the phone as I had been struggling with the app all day and previous staff members didn’t compliment email correctly but this member is staff AR2 was brilliant and stayed with me all the time on the phone untill every thing was updated and corrected and also as a good will I didn’t need to pay a fee for my new updated car policy I don’t normally give reviews but on this occasion I wanted to the member is staff thank you for all you paciaions one very happy customer Diann allison”
