“I have just renewed with one call again for 2026/27 following a previous 2 years of great service, I have just spoken to a very helpful and efficient customer service line, easy to call and very easy to deal with, customer agent ET3 was very informative, very clear in explaining everything and made the process very simple and easy to navigate. “Call back service is great saves waiting with a phone stuck to your ear while listening to terrible music, speaking to an actual human was another refreshing thing so two thumbs up before I started sorting out my insurance renewal, speaking with lian LC6 listed to my questions and sorted out exactly what I needed in a short amount of time, very helpful and informative, I left the conversation happy with the conclusion of our conversation, thank you”
