“I spoke on chat to Charlie (CH5) on Friday afternoon and despite overrunning into office closed time, he patiently and effectively arranged a new motor policy for me. I spoke again to Stevie (SS9) on Tuesday to update payment authority which he dealt with quickly and efficiently. Well done both Charlie and Stevie!”
