“I’ve been with OneCall for many years for multiple vehicles and always found them competitive in price and value for money. I enquired about a change in policy and was due for a call back the next morning. This did not happen which was very surprising as the customer service has always been great. However, when I received letter communication with them about this, I used the online chat with Becca (RW2) and the matter was dealt with swiftly and effectively.”
