“I had a query this morning after paying for my renewal for Contents Insurance with One Call as I was charged and payed £10 more than the price shown on my new Contents Insurance Schedule. I contacted One Call by the live chat and spoke with Sasha. She explained that the difference in price was for a broker fee. That was not explained in the renewal invitation. I had various quotes on comparison websites that were £10 cheaper with equal or better cover. I have just accepted staying with One Call this year but have learned a lesson for the next renewal date.”

“I can’t thank Lauryn (LG3) enough for her time and patience with me whilst trying to sort my change of car registration to my private number plate, not being technically minded she explained everything to me in layman’s terms which was really appreciated. “Following a protracted involvement with One protect in regards to obtaining Uploading documentation from my previous insurer i left a negative review as i was displeased with the negative assistance i was receiving . That was until Yesterday (20th) and today (21st) when i was in contact with Kirstin .. " KB2", who in my opinion has done exactly the job that other agents could have easily done but chose to hide behind Generic Practices and On line Fudging. Kirstin took ownership and after only 2 contacts she had the matter sorted in a very efficient and positive way. Her actions deserve recognition and now show One Protect in my opinion in a better light.. Other Agents Please take note..”
