“RE1 was my call assist today, about my car renewal When RE1 answered my call RE1 spoke in lovely clear and polite voice, this fill me with Confidence from start to finish RE1 provided clearly all information i required, As RE1 quoted my renewal at the end of our Conversation, I was satisfied with the quote and i still had 24 days left before my renewal, As this was a smooth and fruitful Conversation by RE1, I decided to go ahead and renewal my car insurance there and then, Thank you RE1 with your easy renewal behalf One Call insurance, It be great if all call support centres had someone like you every time at the end of call well done”
