“I spoke to Isabelle (IS1) who was very helpful, answering all my questions and finding the best solution for my query. I was looking for breakdown cover and another cover was also suggested which fit my circumstances too and one I would not have even thought of and could be very useful in the future if I need it. By combining the two insurances it worked out at a better price which I would not have know if I was not informed. Well done and thank you Isabelle, you did a great job.”

“ML2 made my insurance renewal the easiest process that I have ever had to follow. She even got me a cheaper price which I was over the moon about. “I was initially worried when I saw that it was live chat only, as I would much rather talk to a person on the phone, but she was very efficient and I felt confident that the transaction was being handled properly. My only comment is that their systems run a little slow.”
