“I no longer have a PAYD policy with One Call insurance but I currently have a dispute with a toll bridge company who sent me a penalty notice for crossing their bridge. Now, I know I was at work that day -20 miles away from the bridge and to confirm that, I contacted One Call for any details for that given day on where my car was situated. JT3 helped me enormously and would get the information from the appropriate team. Definitely a 10 out of ten for customer service support.”

“I'm moving house this week I was able to change my policy details using the portal. I am NOT a fan oof portals and DISLIKE the fact that I cannot speak with a customer service rep. The typing back and forth is slow and is not problem-free. I was cut off once and had to start all over again. Initially tried to change details using the companies platform and got through all the questions - only to be notified that a quite could not be given and that I would need to use the portal. Once through to the portal, none of the information I had given initially was stored so I had to go through the whole process again. Bring back human conversation (much quicker and more enjoyable. The one positive was the professionalism, help and customer care given by BC5 - she expertly guided me through the process and deserves too be recognised.”
