MS2 took my chat, very efficient and dealt with my enquiry promptly, credit to the company. However, surprised to be charged £42 to make a simply change of car on the policy which the portal wouldn’t allow me to do.

I had a chat with operator MB1 I wanted to cancel an AUTO RENEW quote which was far too high for a non claiming customer of several years with good no claims bonus, MB1 was helpful and seem to understand, however they requoted the renewal and have given me a much better price by altering just one thing, I still have to read fully the new quote but I am happy to do that now it is a lower price for my consideration - that chat with MB1 was most productive in my opinion

Cant login into the protal - it says my email address is not appropriate even though it's the same one that One Call uses to contact me. There is no One Call email address I can use to sort this out and I'm not prepared to spend a load of time waiting on a helpline.
