I just bought a building insurance policy from One Call Insurance which was super easy to execute. I however missed to update my lenders name as party of interest which was later pointed out by my solicitor. I used One Call's chat service and their agent JH7 was super helpful in resolving my query in no time. He made my day

Disappointed that I was billed an extra £55 for a 'Lifestyle Excess Protector whan I did not request it and can not find any reference to it on your offering.

Great conversation with ir2 today. They were clear and concise, detailing everything I needed to hear without too much unnecessary info. Great speaking to them. Only issue with the company was the length of waiting time for the chat.
