“I had found a much cheaper quote elsewhere, but after speaking with Ella EL3, she convinced me of the advantages of staying with One Call and brought my price down by talking through the changes in my personal requirements. I have always been happy with One call and was reluctant to leave them, so was very pleased when the amended quote came very close to the others I had received.”
